山东省城乡医保整合后居民参保意愿及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解城乡居民的真实参保意愿情况及影响因素。方法本研究于2015年9月,采用分层随机抽样方法在山东省5个地区抽取1 160名居民进行调查,对可能影响居民参保意愿的因素进行单因素χ~2分析及多因素logistic回归分析。结果 1 160人中,937人(80.7%)愿意继续参加城乡医保,223人(19.3%)不愿意参加;对当前制度表示满意的有855人(73.6%),不满意159人(13.7%);对当前制度表示不了解的492人(42.4%),了解的305人(26.3%);家庭年收入、了解程度、满意度、文化程度和地区是影响参保意愿的主要因素,不满意(OR=2.967)、不了解(OR=2.332)是参保意愿的危险性因素(P0.05),文化程度初中及高中、大专及以上(OR=0.336、0.325)、家庭年收入10 000~24 999、25 000~39 999、≥40 000元(OR=0.578、0.473、0.448)和地区为淄博市与济宁市(OR=0.454、0.475)是参保意愿的保护性因素(P0.05)。结论关注不同收入水平居民的参保需求;通过加强宣传讲解,增强居民对医保整合的认识;提高整合后医保制度设计的合理性。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the real participation intention of urban and rural residents and its influencing factors. Methods in this study, 1,160 residents in 5 regions of Shandong Province were investigated by stratified random sampling method in September 2015. Univariate 蠂 ~ 2 analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors that may affect the residents' willingness to participate in insurance.
