美国奶牛收入保险的产生、发展及运作特点

【摘要】：基于收入的农业保险产品是美国农业保险体系的最大特色之一。经过多年的发展,美国奶牛收入保险在保险制度设计、政府保费补贴和保险产品创新等方面已经形成较为完善的运作机制。本文通过对相关资料的收集、梳理与总结,着重对美国奶牛收入保险计划的产生、发展及运作特点进行了较为全面的介绍;总结美国奶牛养殖收入保险发展经验,并结合中国奶牛保险发展实际,提出进一步促进中国奶牛保险制度发展与创新的启示。
[Abstract]:Income-based agricultural insurance products are one of the most important features of the American agricultural insurance system. After years of development, American dairy income insurance has formed a relatively perfect operating mechanism in the aspects of insurance system design, government premium subsidy and insurance product innovation. By collecting, combing and summarizing the relevant data, this paper mainly introduces the emergence, development and operation characteristics of the income insurance plan for dairy cattle in the United States, and summarizes the experience of the development of income insurance for dairy cattle in the United States. Combined with the development practice of dairy cow insurance in China, the enlightenment of further promoting the development and innovation of dairy cow insurance system in China is put forward.
