襄垣县种植业保险风险规避研究

【摘要】：襄垣县地处黄土高原东部边缘,干旱是农业种植方面经常面临的自然灾害(如：倒春寒、冰雹、雨灾等),农户、保险公司、政府三者之间的博弈以及模型的构建分析,与襄垣政策性农业保险相结合,得出农业的再保险机制与襄垣农业的发展想契合。因此,研究农业保险有实践意义。 本论文共有七章内容。第一部分从研究我国农业保险的基本情况。第二部分是对我国农业保险理论分析。第三部分是对农业风险与农业风险管理机制。第四部分是以襄垣县为例,分析2010—2012年襄垣农业经济的分析、农户对医疗保险、低保托的发展情况,折射农业保险的走向。第五部分以襄垣农业发展情况,提出了农业再保险机制,也是文章的创新之处。第六部分加快襄垣农业保险发展。第七部分襄垣县农业保险制度立新的路径分析与发展目标,深入剖析了农业再保险的可行性。
[Abstract]:Xiangyuan County is located on the eastern edge of the Loess Plateau. Drought is a kind of natural disaster (such as cold, hail, rain, etc.), the game between farmers, insurance companies and government, and the analysis of the construction of the model. Combined with Xiangyuan policy agricultural insurance, the mechanism of agricultural reinsurance and Xiangyuan agricultural development agree. Therefore, the study of agricultural insurance has practical significance. There are seven chapters in this thesis. The first part studies the basic situation of agricultural insurance in China. The second part is the theoretical analysis of China's agricultural insurance. The third part is the agricultural risk and agricultural risk management mechanism. The fourth part takes Xiangyuan County as an example to analyze the analysis of agricultural economy in Xiangyuan from 2010 to 2012, the development of farmer's medical insurance and the low guarantee, which reflects the trend of agricultural insurance. The fifth part puts forward the agricultural reinsurance mechanism, which is the innovation of the article. The sixth part speeds up the development of Xiangyuan agricultural insurance. The seventh part of Xiangyuan County agricultural insurance system set a new path analysis and development goals, in-depth analysis of the feasibility of agricultural reinsurance.
