东营:率先完成城乡居民医疗保险制度并轨

【摘要】：正今年以来,为适应统筹城乡医保体系和推进医疗体制改革需要,山东省东营市在全省率先将新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民医疗保险进行了制度并轨,建立了统一的城乡居民医疗保险制度,全市所有新农合参保人员和城镇居民参保人员打破城乡界限,全部转为城乡居民医疗保险,享受统一的参保、报销政策待遇。
