【摘要】：城镇化是社会发展所必须经历一个历史时期,是经济社会发展的客观趋势和必然要求,城镇化与工业化是密不可分的,二者相辅相成。我国已进入改革开放深水区,正处于转型升级的关键阶段,城镇化发展也进入了新阶段。新型城镇化发展已上升至国家战略,肩负着扩大内需,促进社会经济发展的历史重任。作为定位于北方经济中心的天津,如何推进新型城镇化发展,提升经济发展水平,促进可持续发展,是必须要解决的问题,具有重要的历史意义。本文收集了有关新型城镇化发展的相关文献材料,对国内外新型城镇化的发展历程、现状、经验、理论等进行了总结、分析和研判。根据对相关理论的理解,参考当前经济的发展现状,从规划角度、土地集约节约利用角度、产业布局角度阐述了在新型城镇化发展的背景下,产业园区的发展需要注意的问题,指出了发展方向和策略。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a historical period that social development must go through. It is the objective trend and inevitable requirement of economic and social development. Urbanization and industrialization are inseparable. China has entered the deep water area of reform and opening up, is in the crucial stage of transformation and upgrading, the development of urbanization has entered a new stage. The new type of urbanization development has risen to the national strategy, shouldering the burden of expanding domestic demand. As the economic center of the north, how to promote the development of new urbanization, improve the level of economic development and promote sustainable development is a problem that must be solved. It has important historical significance. This paper collects the related documents about the development of new urbanization, summarizes the development course, current situation, experience, theory and so on of the new urbanization at home and abroad. According to the understanding of the relevant theories, referring to the current economic development situation, from the perspective of planning, land intensive conservation, industrial layout perspective elaborated in the context of the development of new urbanization. The development of industrial park needs to pay attention to, pointed out the development direction and strategy.
