河南省服务业结构的投入产出分析

【摘要】：产业结构对地区经济发展起着关键作用,而服务业结构是产业结构中的关键因素,其研究具有非常强的理论和实践意义。服务业发展的是否健康、均衡、协调,会对一个地区的经济发展产生重要影响。服务业结构的研究已经经历了几十年,目前国外对其研究比较成熟,而早期中国对服务业的重视程度较低,对其本身以及其结构的研究起步的也是从八九十年代开始。经过近三十年的发展,国内学者的研究成果也相当丰富,主要集中在对服务业的增长和其在经济中所占比重的研究,服务业与劳动就业之间的关系研究,以及对某一具体的服务业(房地产业、金融业、交通运输业等)的影响因素的研究,而对服务业内部结构层次的研究相对较少。虽然河南省经济正处于蓬勃发展时期,但是产业结构调整已经刻不容缓。要实现经济的可持续发展,产业结构特别是服务业结构的战略调整对其有重要意义。本文以河南省服务业内部结构为主要研究对象,对服务业结构、服务业发展的阶段性特征和服务业投入产出法等理论进行梳理和分析,并依据历年河南省的统计年鉴以及2002年、2007年以及2012年河南省投入产出表的相关数据进行整理和计算,宏观上分析了河南省服务业的总体构成、发展趋势、就业比重、固定资产投资等方面;微观上探讨了河南省服务业内部各行业的投入和产出基本状况、产业关联效应、产业波及效应以及需求的生产诱发等多个方面。通过分析得出以下结论及建议:1、三次产业的投入产出结构不合理。目前河南省产出结构中第一、第二产业比重偏高,服务业比重偏低;投入结构表现为劳动力向第一产业聚集,第二产业和服务业劳动力投入较少,且服务业固定资产投入效率过低的特点。要大力发展服务业,并不断提高服务业在国民经济中的比重。2、服务业各层次间关联性逐渐提高,专业化程度逐渐增强。目前服务业在经济发展中逐渐呈现基础行业的特点,与其它行业的联动作用增强,且自身行业产值增加,增加值率上升,未来发展良好。同时,服务业对其它行业的发展的依赖作用在减小,行业发展自身独立性增强,其它行业对服务业的依赖作用在增强。3、流通性服务业增加值占比下降,但与其它行业关联效果上升;消费性服务业对经济增长促进作用减弱;生产性服务业发展迅速,行业关联度上升;社会性服务业发展独立性增强。要继续加快流通性服务业的发展,促进新型物流业的发展,并引导道路交通中主导行业的更替;在保持生产性服务业中传统支柱行业(金融业、房地产业等)发展的基础上,加大对信息技术业和科学研究技术服务业等高技术服务业的投入,促进其与其他行业的融合。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure plays a key role in the economic development of the region, and the structure of the service industry is the key factor in the industrial structure, has a very strong theoretical and practical significance of the research. The development of the service industry is healthy, balanced, coordinated, will have an important impact on the economic development of a region. The structure of the service industry has experienced for decades, at present the research is relatively mature, and the extent of early Chinese emphasis on service industry is low, starting on the structure itself and its research is from the beginning of 80s and 90s. After nearly thirty years of development, the domestic scholar's research results are also very rich, mainly focus on the research of service industry growth and the proportion in the economy. The research on the relationship between service industry and employment, and for a specific service (real estate, finance, transportation and other factors) Study and Research on the internal structure of the service industry level is relatively small. Although Henan province economy is in a period of vigorous development, but the adjustment of industrial structure is urgent. In order to realize sustainable economic development, industrial structure especially the strategic adjustment of the structure of service industry has important significance to its internal structure. This paper takes Henan Province as the main service industry study on the structure of service industry, service industry development stage characteristics and service industry input-output analysis carding and analysis theory, and based on the statistical yearbook of Henan province in 2002 and 2007 to 2012 in Henan province and relevant data input output table collation and calculation, the macro analysis of the overall structure, Henan the service industry development trend, the proportion of employment, investment in fixed assets and other aspects; micro analyses of the various sectors within the Henan province service industry input and output basic Situation, industry association effect, many aspects of industry spread effect and the demand of the production induced. Through the analysis we draw the following conclusions and recommendations: 1, three times of input and output of industrial structure is not reasonable. The output structure of Henan Province in the first, high proportion of the second industry, the proportion of service industry is low; the investment structure is aggregated to the first industry, the second industry and the service industry labor costs less, and the service industry fixed assets investment efficiency is too low. We should vigorously develop the service industry, the proportion of.2 and improve the service industry in the national economy, the level of correlation between service industry gradually increased, the degree of specialization gradually. The service sector in the economy the development gradually has the characteristics of basic industries, enhance the interaction with other industries, and its industry value added, value added rate rise, the future development is good. At the same time, the service industry The development of IT industry on the role in reducing the development of the industry, enhance their independence and other industries in the service sector depends on the role in the enhancement of.3, increase the liquidity value of service industry proportion decreased, but the rise and other related industries; consumer service industry to promote economic growth weakened; the development of productive service industry rapidly, industry related degree rise; enhancing the independence of the development of social services. To continue to accelerate the development of circulation services, promote the development of new logistics industry, and guide the leading industry in road traffic turnover; in keeping the production service industry in the traditional pillar industry (financial industry, real estate development foundation) on the increase in the information technology industry and scientific research and technical services and other high technology service industry investment, promote its integration with other industries.
