中国苹果产业格局演化及机制分析——基于农户决策的微观视角

【摘要】：基于2001-2015年省际面板数据,在借鉴Nerlove模型的基础之上,对新世纪我国苹果产业格局演变特点及其机制进行分析。研究结果显示,我国苹果产业格局正呈现由东向西的转移趋势,以陕西省为代表的黄土高原地区已取代山东、河南等省份,成为我国新兴苹果主产区。这种产业格局的改变虽然一定程度上受苹果价格的影响,但劳动力与土地成本的变动却是我国苹果产业布局由东部地区向中西部地区转移的根本原因。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data during 2001-2015, based on the Nerlove model of the new century, China's apple industry pattern evolution characteristics and mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that China's apple industry pattern is presented by the shift of the east to the west, in Shaanxi Province as the representative of the Loess Plateau has replaced Shandong, Henan etc. Province, become the main producing areas in China. The new apple industry pattern change has to some extent affected by the price of apples, but the fundamental reason is the change of labor and land costs of China's apple industry layout by the eastern region to the central and western regions.
