【摘要】：近些年,河源市农业保持了良好发展势头,2014年农林牧渔业总产值142.82亿元,比上年增长4.5%。与此同时,河源市农业产业结构也发生了深刻变化,经济作物在农业总产值结构中比重加大,东源油栗等河源市特色优势农产品得到发展和壮大,现代农业示范区建设有效的提升了农业产业结构效益和水平。根据调研分析可以发现,河源农业产业结构继续调整和优化的有利条件包括：(1)国家现代农业示范区的建设,为河源灯塔盆地现代农业的发展提供了前所未有的机遇。(2)农业主导产业体系基本形成,并且具备了一定的规模优势。(3)临近珠三角城市群,产品消费规模和层次都较高,农业产业结构调整的潜在效益大。河源农业产业结构继续调整和优化面临问题包括：(1)受土地等条件限制,农业规模扩张潜力有限；(2)农产品精深加工能力薄弱,整体发展水平不高；(3)农业产业间的融合程度有待提升,农业“纽带”产业发展相对滞后。(4)缺乏高端产品,品牌农业建设需要进一步提升,产品附加值低、技术含量低,高端市场占有率较低。本研究认为河源未来农业产业结构进一步调整优化应以“农业转型、特色发展、科技创新、生态优先”为方向,重点环节应该为：(1)提高粮油生产良种覆盖率,根据水稻不同优势县区特点,筛选确定主导品种,提高粮食综合生产能力。(2)实施名牌和龙头带动战略,以提高果品品质为抓手,全面提升水果产业化水平。(3)发挥生态、环境资源优势,发挥河源蔬菜与园艺资源优势,突出无公害、绿色、有机蔬菜生产基地建设和蔬菜加工、营销环节建设。(4)推动特色、优质茶叶资源开发,开发新的具备市场竞争力的产品。(5)发展生态高效畜牧业,推广生态养殖,动物重大病害防控技术和农牧循环技术,确保河源畜牧业持续发展。(6)促进特色、优质、健康、生态农产品精深加工发展,提高河源传统特色农产品产值,延伸传统农业产业链。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the agricultural development of Heyuan City has maintained a good momentum. The agricultural industrial structure of Heyuan City has also undergone profound changes, the proportion of cash crops in the structure of agricultural output value has increased, and Dongyuan oil chestnut and other special advantages of agricultural products in Heyuan City have been developed and strengthened. The construction of modern agricultural demonstration zone has effectively improved the efficiency and level of agricultural industrial structure. According to the investigation and analysis can be found. The favorable conditions for the continued adjustment and optimization of the agricultural industrial structure of Heyuan include the construction of the National Modern Agricultural demonstration Zone. It provides an unprecedented opportunity for the development of modern agriculture in Heyuan lighthouse basin. 2) the agricultural leading industry system is basically formed, and has a certain scale advantage. 3) near the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration. The scale and level of product consumption are high, and the potential benefit of agricultural industrial structure adjustment is great. The problems faced by Heyuan agricultural industrial structure continue to be adjusted and optimized, including the limitation of land and so on. The potential of agricultural scale expansion is limited; 2) the ability of intensive processing of agricultural products is weak, and the overall development level is not high; 3) the degree of integration between agricultural industries needs to be improved, the development of agricultural "tie" industry is relatively lagging behind. 4) lack of high-end products, brand agricultural construction needs to be further improved, the added value of products is low, and the technology content is low. The high end market share is low. This study thinks that the future agricultural industrial structure adjustment and optimization of Heyuan should be "agricultural transformation, characteristic development, scientific and technological innovation, ecological priority" as the direction of "agricultural transformation, characteristic development, scientific and technological innovation, ecological priority".
