广西专利密集型产业统计监测及发展对策研究

【摘要】：构建统计监测指标体系,选取2011—2015年间数据,从产业、区域等维度对广西专利密集型产业进行分析,结果表明:在创新水平、经济效益和社会效益等方面,专利密集型产业优势十分明显,培育专利密集型产业对广西产业结构转型升级、打造经济增长新动力具有重要的推动作用。同时,广西专利密集型产业还存在着产业规模偏小、缺乏龙头企业、研发投入和专利产出有待加强等不足。为促进广西专利密集型产业进一步发展壮大,应采取大力实施发明专利双倍增计划、完善专利密集型产业培育工作体系、实行更加严格的知识产权保护、加快发展知识产权服务业、优化财政引导与支持机制、加强知识产权专业人才队伍建设等系列措施。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a statistical monitoring index system, selects the data from 2011-2015, and analyzes the patent intensive industries in Guangxi from the industrial and regional dimensions. The results show that: the innovation level, economic and social benefits, etc. The advantages of patent intensive industries are very obvious. Cultivating patent intensive industries plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Guangxi's industrial structure and creating a new driving force for economic growth. At the same time, Guangxi's patent intensive industries also have a small scale. Lack of leading enterprises, R & D input and patent output need to be strengthened. In order to promote the further development and growth of patent intensive industries in Guangxi, it is necessary to vigorously implement the double doubling plan for invention patents and improve the work system for fostering patent intensive industries. We will implement more stringent intellectual property protection, speed up the development of intellectual property services, optimize financial guidance and support mechanisms, and strengthen the construction of intellectual property professionals.
