“差序化代入”:乡村生计方式的一种变迁机制及其意义——基于攀枝花X村两次产业转型的调查

【摘要】：随着市场经济、国家政策等外部结构性因素的变动,乡村生计方式发生多次改变。本文所关注的X村先"非农化"发展再"回归"农业生产的改变,是近年来一类资源型村庄生计方式变迁的代表。研究表明,X村两次转型的过程都是"先行者"带领村民逐步转变生计方式的过程。"先行者"按照以己为中心,以血缘亲疏、地缘远近"差序化"代入的方式,带领其他村民进入到新的生计方式之中的"行动逻辑",在农村项目引进、工作引荐以及产品运输等方面发挥了重要的带领作用,促成了村庄生计方式的转变。本文认为,在解决转变生计方式的难题时,X村村民是基于村庄的自然资源和产业发展经验,将"差序化"的社会关系"代入"其中而成功的。"差序化代入"是资源型村庄的一种生计方式"变迁机制"。该案例说明,尽管外部结构性因素不断变动,村庄最基本的社会结构"差序格局"仍具有强大的惯性,乡土社会关系对维持乡村秩序仍发挥着重要作用,这可为解决供给侧改革中的员工分流安置问题提供启示。
[Abstract]:With the change of market economy, national policy and other external structural factors, the way of rural livelihood has changed many times. It is a representative of the livelihood changes of a class of resource-based villages in recent years. Studies show that the process of two transitions in the village is a process in which "forerunners" lead villagers to gradually change their way of livelihood. "forerunners" are self-centered and closely related to each other. The "logic of action" in bringing other villagers into the new way of livelihood has played an important leading role in the introduction of rural projects, job referrals and product transportation. This paper argues that in solving the problem of changing the way of livelihood, the villagers of Village X are based on the experience of natural resources and industrial development of the village. Successful "substitution" of "differential" social relations. "differential substitution" is a "transition mechanism" for resource-based villages as a means of livelihood. The case illustrates that, despite changing external structural factors, The most basic social structure of village "differential order pattern" still has strong inertia, local social relations still play an important role in maintaining rural order, which can provide enlightenment for solving the problem of staff diversion and placement in supply-side reform.
