产业园区服务体系创新发展研究

【摘要】：中国经济发展转型面临增强创新驱动发展动力、应对资源环境挑战和构建开放型经济新体制等诸多方面的客观需求,作为承载、引领、带动产业发展的主要载体,产业园区发展也面临一些新的形势和更高要求。从产业园区承担的功能上看,不仅要满足主体加工制造产业发展的需要,还要围绕核心加工制造类产业发展对投资的要求,锁定引导其产业集聚发展的核心服务元素,配套相关废弃物综合利用、政务服务、物业服务等保障其良性循环发展的服务体系。结合产业园区功能、产业链条对产业发展要素的需求分析,最终集成基础设施、运营组织和配套服务三大产业园区整体服务体系框架。
[Abstract]:The transformation of China's economic development is faced with the need to strengthen the driving force of innovation, to meet the challenge of resources and environment and to build a new open economy system, as the main carrier to carry, lead and drive the development of industry. The development of industrial parks also faces some new situations and higher requirements. From the perspective of the functions assumed by the industrial parks, it is necessary not only to meet the needs of the development of the main processing and manufacturing industries, but also to focus on the investment requirements of the development of the core processing and manufacturing industries. Locking in the core service elements that guide its industrial agglomeration development, supporting the comprehensive utilization of related wastes, government affairs services, property services, and so on to ensure its virtuous cycle development, and combining the functions of industrial parks, The demand analysis of industrial development elements in the industrial chain, the final integration of infrastructure, operation organization and supporting services of the three industrial parks overall service system framework.
