高技术虚拟产业集群知识转移的博弈研究

【摘要】：知识经济时代的到来,催生了新材料、新能源、电子信息技术等为代表的高新技术迅猛发展并形成产业化,同时运用知识经济相渗透和信息技术为依托的高技术虚拟产业集群(HTVIC)应运而生。在知识经济时代,产业集群的内外部竞争日趋严峻,对知识带动产业升级的需求增加,而知识作为企业核心战略资源,其新陈代谢的速度不断加快,知识创新成为集群创新的重要推动力,知识转移作为知识创新的先决条件引起学者的广泛关注。因此,选取HTVIC大环境下的知识转移问题作为研究内容,系统梳理各因素对HTVIC知识转移效果的作用方向,在综合考虑影响因素后建立HTVIC知识转移的演化博弈模型,并对模型进行了分析和扩展,提出了相应的对策建议,为成功实现HTVIC组织内的知识转移进而推动集群创新提供了可行性途径。首先,对影响HTVIC知识转移效果的因素从三方面进行梳理,涵盖了集群内的知识转移参与者、被转移知识以及知识转移过程中涉及的情境。在分析影响因素时,知识转移与吸收的主动程度和能力、转移主体的沟通质量和信任水平正作用于知识转移效果,而知识的复杂与内隐程度、转移主体间的知识差距和组织距离反作用于知识转移效果。其次,在考虑知识转移影响因素和知识作用于集群过程的基础上,建立HTVIC知识转移演化博弈模型。定量分析HTVIC知识转移系统的演化趋势及策略选择,并在此基础上对加入政府激励机制后的系统稳定性进行分析,对模型进行完善。最后,针对模型分析的结果,从提高知识转移参与者转移和吸收知识的意愿、提高转移主体的知识水平、完善知识转移参与者间的信任机制以及减少HTVIC知识转移成本4个方面提出了促进HTVIC组织内知识转移的管理对策。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, new materials, new energy, electronic information technology and other high and new technologies have developed rapidly and become industrialized. At the same time, the high-tech virtual industrial cluster (HTVICs), which is based on the penetration of knowledge economy and information technology, comes into being. In the era of knowledge economy, the internal and external competition of industrial clusters is becoming more and more severe, and the demand for industrial upgrading driven by knowledge is increasing. Knowledge as the core strategic resource of enterprises, its metabolism speed is accelerating, knowledge innovation has become an important driving force of cluster innovation, knowledge transfer as a prerequisite for knowledge innovation has attracted extensive attention of scholars. This paper selects the knowledge transfer problem under the HTVIC environment as the research content, systematically combs the action direction of each factor to the HTVIC knowledge transfer effect, and establishes the evolutionary game model of the HTVIC knowledge transfer after considering the influence factors synthetically. The model is analyzed and expanded, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which provide a feasible way to successfully realize knowledge transfer in HTVIC organization and promote cluster innovation. The factors influencing the effect of knowledge transfer of HTVIC are sorted out from three aspects, including the participants in knowledge transfer, the transferred knowledge and the situation involved in the process of knowledge transfer. The active degree and ability of knowledge transfer and absorption, the quality of communication and the level of trust of the transfer subject have positive effects on the effect of knowledge transfer, while the complexity and implicit degree of knowledge. Knowledge gap and organizational distance between transfer agents counteract the effect of knowledge transfer. Secondly, on the basis of considering the influence factors of knowledge transfer and the effect of knowledge on the process of cluster, The evolution game model of HTVIC knowledge transfer is established. The evolution trend and strategy selection of HTVIC knowledge transfer system are quantitatively analyzed. On this basis, the stability of the system after joining the government incentive mechanism is analyzed, and the model is improved. According to the results of the model analysis, the knowledge level of the transfer agent is improved by increasing the willingness of the participants to transfer and absorb the knowledge. Four aspects are put forward to improve the trust mechanism among knowledge transfer participants and to reduce the cost of knowledge transfer of HTVIC. The management countermeasures to promote knowledge transfer in HTVIC organization are put forward.
