基于旧工业建筑既有产业展示的博物馆设计研究

【摘要】：随着全球产业结构的调整,国内“退二进三”的政策推行,后工业时代来临,城市中大批旧工业建筑荒废变成闲置用地。这些旧工业建筑经历了从拆除到更新再利用的历史过程。改造模式越来越多元化,除了有商业方向的餐饮、娱乐、办公,还有公共建筑方向的艺术馆、展览馆。20世纪七八十年代以来,基于旧工业建筑既有产业展示的博物馆成为了一种新型的改造更新模式而迅速发展。将旧厂房改造成既有产业展示的博物馆,不仅能最大限度地保护旧工业建筑,让人们了解工业时代的历史。部分传统工业城市更通过这些博物馆解开了经济困局,开发工业旅游拉动城市第三产业发展。这种改造模式为时代记忆的保留、城市特色的营造、工业科学的发展和城市经济的推动起到了不可替代的作用。本文研究的主要内容分为四个部分、五个章节:第一章是提出问题,阐述了研究的背景、相关概念、国内外旧工业建筑改造的发展历程总结、研究的目的和意义、研究的对象和内容。第二章是对问题进行分析,总结了既有产业展示的博物馆的综合价值、适合改造为既有产业展示的博物馆的旧工业建筑的特点,最后提出改造的原则。第三章、第四章是解决问题,通过对优秀案例的归纳分析,总结出基于旧工业建筑既有产业展示的博物馆的内部设计与外部设计。第五章是将理论联系实际,结合笔者的项目实践,运用文中的策略方法,对宿迁玻璃博物馆旧厂房改造设计进行分析说明。希望通过本文对基于旧工业建筑既有产业展示的博物馆设计手法进行总结,对日后相关方面的实践和研究提供一定的参考和帮助。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of global industrial structure, the implementation of the policy, "retreat into the" post industrial era, a large number of old industrial buildings in the city into a waste of idle land. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts, five chapters: the first chapter is the question, elaborated the research background, related concepts, development at home and abroad the course of the transformation of old industrial buildings are summarized, the purpose and significance of the research, research object and content. The second chapter is to analyze the problem, summarizes the value of existing industrial exhibition of Museum, suitable for the transformation of old industrial buildings has characteristics of industrial exhibition museum, finally proposed the transformation principle. The third chapter, the fourth chapter is to solve the problem, based on the excellent case analysis, summed up the design of the internal and external design based on the old industrial buildings have industry exhibition museum. The fifth chapter is the theory and practice, combined with the The project practice of the author, using the strategy method in this paper, on the transformation design of old building in Suqian Museum of glass is analyzed and explained. Hope that through this paper based on the old industrial buildings is museum design technique industry exhibition are summarized to provide a reference and help the practice and study of the relevant aspects of the day after.
