【摘要】:随着体育产品生产智能化和科技化、产品营销网络化和个性化、赛事运营平台化和系统化,场馆利用智能化和信息化,健身服务协同化和个体化,服务型、创新型、实践型、国际化、信息化的体育产业人才成为产业创新发展的支撑。因此,高校教育要以职业道德良好、知识结构合理、综合素质较高、创新能力较强的复合型人才作为培养目标,树立以生为本、创新创业的教育理念,构建开放办学、多元协同的管理体制,建立形式多样、协调发展的实践平台,提供软硬兼备、条件充足的资源保障,设置学科交融、全面合理的课程体系。
