数字内容产业发展:基于经济、产业、用户的视角

【摘要】：数字内容产业的发展,直接关系到我国产业结构的优化和民族文化实力的提升,它代表了产业变革的方向,具有深远的战略意义。从经济学视角考察,数字内容产业应该以能够满足用户个性化需求的产品和服务为核心探索盈利模式,通过范围经济实现规模扩张,并高度重视知识溢出效应。从产业发展的视角考察,数字内容产业应该强化技术与资本驱动力量、实现产业集群各主体协调同步发展,并充分激活知识链的增值效应。从用户视角考察,数字内容产业应该注重用户的变现能力、体验水平、本地化程度以及用户生成的意义,围绕用户构建内容、服务、关系三位一体的新型平台。
[Abstract]:The development of digital content industry is directly related to the optimization of industrial structure and the promotion of national cultural strength. It represents the direction of industrial transformation and has far-reaching strategic significance. The digital content industry should take the products and services that can meet the individual needs of users as the core to explore the profit model, realize the scale expansion through the scope economy, and attach great importance to the knowledge spillover effect. The digital content industry should strengthen the power of technology and capital drive, realize the coordinated and synchronous development of the main bodies of the industrial cluster, and fully activate the value-added effect of the knowledge chain. From the perspective of users, the digital content industry should pay attention to the realization ability of the users. The level of experience, the degree of localization and the meaning of user generation, build a new platform of content, service and relationship around the user.
