基于共生理论的我国产业协同发展研究——以上海二、三产业协同发展为例

【摘要】：以制造业和生产性服务业为核心构成的我国二、三产业具有共生的禀赋,加快以制造业与生产性服务业为核心的二、三产业协同发展,形成二、三产业之间产业链、价值链与资源链的协同,不仅有利于提高我国整体产业发展的能级水平,进一步提升我国产业发展的核心竞争力,也有利于促进我国产业结构的优化升级。本文基于产业供给的视角,研究认为以提高产业投入产出效益为重要特征的产业协同发展,应成为我国经济新常态下供给侧结构性改革的重要选择。鉴于我国产业协同发展区域性、不平衡性等特点,基于1996—2015年上海二、三产业的相关数据,以上海制造业与生产服务业协同的关联性及其影响因素为个案分析,本文研究提出我国二、三产业协同发展的若干建议。
[Abstract]:China's secondary and tertiary industries, which are composed of manufacturing and producer services as the core, have the endowment of symbiosis, accelerate the coordinated development of the second and third industries with manufacturing and producer services as the core, and form an industrial chain between the second and third industries. The synergy of value chain and resource chain is not only conducive to improving the level of energy level of China's overall industrial development, but also to further enhancing the core competitiveness of China's industrial development. This paper, based on the perspective of industrial supply, considers that the coordinated development of industry, which is characterized by improving the benefit of industrial input and output, is also beneficial to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China. It should be an important choice for supply-side structural reform under the new normal state of our economy. In view of the regional and unbalanced development of China's industries, based on the relevant data of the second and third industries in Shanghai from 1996 to 2015, Based on the analysis of the relationship between manufacturing industry and production service industry in Shanghai and its influencing factors, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the coordinated development of the second and third industries in China.
