产业集群的拥挤效应对企业绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：随着信息时代的到来,世界经济的发展十分迅猛,产业集群的发展情况对国家及地区的经济发展具有十分重要的影响,直接关系到国家和地区的稳定与否,因此,产业集群的发展状况受到国内外很多学者的广泛关注。产业集群在多年的发展过程中不断壮大,经历了迅速成长的时期之后产业集群的发展遇到了瓶颈,很多产业集群出现了集聚不经济的现象,较为明显的就是出现了拥挤效应,这对于产业集群后期的发展产生了极大的抑制。但是,产业集群能否健康成长壮大是通过集群内的微观企业的发展状况来体现的,产业集群出现拥挤效应之后会对集群内企业的发展产生影响,因此,研究产业集群拥挤效应对集群内企业绩效的影响是很有意义也很有必要的。本文最初通过查阅关于产业集群以及产业集群集聚不经济的国内外相关研究,得出了产业集群拥挤效应是目前产业集群发展遇到的很大一个问题,同时也关注了一些产业集群对企业绩效影响的研究,发现在这种类似的研究中几乎没有将产业集群拥挤效应与企业绩效联系起来研究的,因而本文选择进行这样的研究;之后逐步分析了产业集群拥挤效应、企业绩效的衡量、产业集群拥挤效应对企业绩效的影响机理等;通过这一些列的基础奠定,构建出了产业集群拥挤效应以及企业绩效的指标体系,并构建出面板数据模型进行回归,并选取浙江省纺织服装产业集群进行实证研究,通过对原模型的不断修正得出结果,并作出了相应的分析,以实证结果为依据,结合当前产业集群出现的拥挤效应以及集群中企业的发展的情况,从政府和企业两个层面提出了提升产业集群以及集群内企业绩效的相应建议。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the development of the world economy is very swift and violent. The development of industrial clusters has a very important impact on the economic development of countries and regions, and is directly related to the stability of countries and regions. The development of industrial clusters has been widely concerned by many scholars at home and abroad. After years of development, industrial clusters have experienced a period of rapid growth and encountered bottlenecks in the development of industrial clusters. Many industrial clusters appear the phenomenon of agglomeration uneconomic, the more obvious is the emergence of congestion effect, which has a great impact on the later development of industrial clusters. However, Whether the industrial cluster can grow healthily or not is reflected by the development of the micro enterprises in the cluster. The crowding effect of the industrial cluster will have an impact on the development of the enterprises in the cluster. It is very meaningful and necessary to study the effect of industrial cluster crowding effect on enterprise performance. It is concluded that the crowding effect of industrial clusters is a big problem in the development of industrial clusters at present. At the same time, it also pays close attention to the research on the effects of industrial clusters on enterprise performance. It is found that there is almost no connection between industrial cluster crowding effect and firm performance in this similar study, so this paper chooses to carry out such a study. Then, the paper analyzes the crowding effect of industrial cluster and the measurement of firm performance step by step. Through the foundation of these columns, the paper constructs the index system of industrial cluster crowding effect and enterprise performance, and constructs the panel data model to return. And selected Zhejiang textile and clothing industry cluster to carry on the empirical research, through the original model unceasingly revision obtains the result, and has made the corresponding analysis, according to the empirical result, Combined with the crowding effect and the development of the enterprises in the industrial cluster, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the performance of the industrial cluster and the enterprises in the cluster from the two aspects of the government and the enterprise.
