产业结构调整下我国高等职业教育现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】：在经济和科学技术的推动下,全球产业发展步入深度调整、深刻变革的新阶段,我国经济结构和产业结构调整也进入关键期。产业结构的调整实际上是资源的重新配置,在资源配置关系中,产业结构的不断调整和升级改变着劳动力的需求结构,对劳动力的数量、类型、层次等都提出了多样化的要求。而高等职业教育和经济社会发展、产业结构升级都密不可分,对劳动力培养也发挥着举足轻重的作用。因此,为了保证高等职业教育与产业结构调整的适配性发展,其规模、专业设置、区域布局和层次结构都需作出相应改变。本文基于高等职业教育与产业结构互动关系,分析我国高等职业教育现实状况,探寻高等职业教育发展困境,进而提出一系列改革建议,以期对促进我国高等职业教育与产业结构协调发展有一定的积极意义。概而论之,主要包括以下四部分的内容:第一,绪论。本章介绍了研究的背景、意义、方法与思路,并对国内外教育与产业、职业教育与经济等相关研究成果进行了述评,为论文研究提供整体思路。第二,高等职业教育与产业结构互动机理。本章首先阐明产业结构调整的相关理论,接着从理论角度阐释高等职业教育与产业结构的互动关系,再从各发展阶段上分析我国高等职业教育与产业结构的互动性。第三,产业结构调整下我国高等职业教育现状及存在问题。本章主要基于数据进行分析,从发展规模、专业设置、区域布局和层次结构四个维度剖析了我国高等职业教育在产业结构调整背景下的发展状况,并总结归纳了我国高等职业教育发展存在的问题。第四,产业结构调整下我国高等职业教育发展对策。本章以我国高等职业教育发展存在的问题为着手点,结合国外成功经验,针对规模、专业、布局和层次四个维度提出具体而有针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of economy and science and technology, the global industrial development has entered a new stage of deep adjustment and profound transformation, and China's economic structure and industrial structure adjustment has also entered a critical period.The adjustment of industrial structure is actually the reallocation of resources. In the relationship of resource allocation, the constant adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure change the structure of labor demand, and put forward diversified demands on the quantity, type and level of labor force.Higher vocational education, economic and social development, industrial structure upgrading are inseparable, and also play a pivotal role in labor training.Therefore, in order to ensure the suitable development of higher vocational education and industrial structure adjustment, its scale, specialty setting, regional layout and hierarchical structure should be changed accordingly.Based on the interactive relationship between higher vocational education and industrial structure, this paper analyzes the reality of higher vocational education in China, explores the predicament of higher vocational education development, and puts forward a series of reform suggestions.The aim is to promote the harmonious development of higher vocational education and industrial structure in China.Generally speaking, mainly includes the following four parts: first, introduction.This chapter introduces the background, significance, methods and ideas of the research, and reviews the related research results of education and industry, vocational education and economy at home and abroad.Second, the interaction mechanism between higher vocational education and industrial structure.This chapter first clarifies the relevant theories of industrial structure adjustment, then explains the interactive relationship between higher vocational education and industrial structure from the theoretical point of view, and then analyzes the interaction between higher vocational education and industrial structure in different stages of development.Third, under the industrial structure adjustment, our country higher vocational education present situation and the existence question.This chapter is mainly based on data analysis, from the development scale, professional setting, regional layout and hierarchy of four dimensions to analyze the development of higher vocational education in China under the background of industrial structure adjustment.And summarized the problems existing in the development of higher vocational education in China.Fourth, under the industrial structure adjustment our country higher vocational education development countermeasure.Taking the problems existing in the development of higher vocational education in China as the starting point and combining the successful experience of foreign countries, this chapter puts forward specific and targeted suggestions on the four dimensions of scale, specialty, layout and level.
