【摘要】：绿色化发展已逐步被国内外专家学者关注,逐渐成为城乡建设的最新趋势,为探索绿色化城市发展途径,我国已开展建设多个生态示范城区。“十二五”期间,我国将绿色发展作为村镇规划的重要指导思想,大力推进村镇建设。村镇居民点布局优化是绿色村镇建设的重要内容,本文从绿色产业发展的角度,研究村镇居民点空间布局优化,为严寒地区绿色村镇的建设提供重要支撑。本文以国内外现有相关文献作为参考依据,首先梳理了国内外在绿色产业发展和村镇居民点布局方面的理论研究成果和实践经验,借鉴其经验并避免其缺陷,了解绿色村镇的重要意义与显著特征,以及产业与居民点布局间关系,为后续居民点优化布局策略的提出提供理论支撑。其次,针对严寒地区村镇的整体状况及双泉镇现状特征做了调查研究,通过实地调查和问卷访谈的方式,分析概括了双泉镇绿色产业发展及居民点布局的现状和特殊性,并对村镇人口分布与流转特征进行分析,分别探讨产业环境因素、产业资源因素、产业交通因素、产业政策因素对居民点空间布局的影响;提出产业与居民点协同、渐进发展、紧凑集约三个居民点空间布局模式;秉承科学合理的原则,从职能、等级、空间和规模四个方面对居民点结构进行划分,归纳村镇居民点布局优化原则。根据双泉镇实际发展情况,提出居民点布局优化实施路径及规划方案。
[Abstract]:Green development has gradually been concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad, gradually becoming the latest trend of urban and rural construction. In order to explore the way of green city development, China has carried out the construction of a number of ecological demonstration urban areas. During the twelfth five-year plan, our country regards green development as the important guiding ideology of village and town planning, and vigorously promotes the construction of village and town. The layout optimization of village and town residential area is an important content of green village construction. From the angle of green industry development, this paper studies the optimization of village and town residential space layout, which provides important support for the construction of green village and town in severe cold area. Based on the existing literature at home and abroad, this paper firstly combs the theoretical research results and practical experience of green industry development and the layout of villages and towns, and uses the experience for reference and avoids its defects. To understand the significance and significant characteristics of green villages and towns, and the relationship between industry and residential distribution, to provide theoretical support for the subsequent optimization of residential areas layout strategy. Secondly, in view of the whole situation of the villages and towns in the cold area and the characteristics of the present situation of Shuangquan town, through the field investigation and questionnaire interview, the paper analyzes and generalizes the present situation and particularity of the green industry development and the residential area layout of Shuangquan Town. The characteristics of population distribution and circulation in villages and towns are analyzed, and the effects of industrial environmental factors, industrial resource factors, industrial traffic factors and industrial policy factors on the spatial distribution of residential areas are discussed respectively. Compact and intensive three residential areas spatial layout model; adhering to the scientific and reasonable principles, from the function, grade, space and scale of four aspects of residential structure division, summed up the village residential area layout optimization principles. According to the actual development of Shuangquan Town, the optimized implementation path and planning scheme of residential area layout are put forward.
