我国商贸服务产业安全策略研究

【摘要】：经济全球化背景下我国商贸服务业区域发展不平衡、业态发展面临困境、外资控制逐渐加强和缺乏国际竞争力。一般而言,发达国家的保护主体、保护手段更多依靠市场,政府主要承担维护市场环境的职能。而发展中国家由于其市场培育不充分,政府在商贸服务业发展中发挥的作用更加直接明显,甚至行政命令有时是商贸服务业行业管理的重要手段。根据国际商贸服务业发展经验和我国当前实际,应从提升我国商贸服务业的产业竞争力、提高内资商贸服务企业的行业控制水平、降低我国商贸服务业对外依存度、协调我国商贸服务业的区域发展等几个方面入手,维护我国商贸服务业的产业安全。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the regional development of China's trade and trade service industry is unbalanced, the development of business forms is facing difficulties, the control of foreign capital is gradually strengthened and the international competitiveness is lacking. Generally speaking, in developed countries, the protection of the main body, the means of protection more rely on the market, the government mainly assumes the function of maintaining the market environment. However, due to the insufficient market cultivation in developing countries, the government plays a more direct and obvious role in the development of trade and trade services, and even administrative orders are sometimes an important means of trade service industry management. According to the development experience of the international trade and trade service industry and the current reality of our country, we should improve the industrial competitiveness of our country's trade and trade service industry, improve the level of industry control of the domestic trade and trade service enterprises, and reduce the degree of external dependence of our country's trade and trade service industry. To coordinate the regional development of China's trade and trade service industry, and to maintain the industrial safety of our country's trade service industry.
