“一带一路”下我国服务外包产业创新转型的路径

【摘要】：国际经验和我国既有实践表明,国际化是服务外包产业可持续发展的重要动力来源。"十三五"期间我国国际服务外包产业面临高起点转型升级压力,国际市场开拓难度加大,迫切需要寻求新型发展机会,以突破全球价值链分工陷阱,加快转型升级。
[Abstract]:International experience and China's existing practice show that internationalization is an important driving force for the sustainable development of service outsourcing industry. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China's international service outsourcing industry is faced with the pressure of high starting point transformation and upgrading, and the international market is more difficult to open up, so it is urgent to seek new development opportunities in order to break through the trap of global value chain division of labor and speed up the transformation and upgrading.
