洪洞县节水莲藕产业现状及发展策略研究

【摘要】：通过查阅大量的文献资料,实地查看,与莲农交流学习,深入企业咨询了解,市场调查等多种方式,为论文的写作积累数据和资料。本文从洪洞县的地理、交通、人文、历史、国际国内等环境阐述了节水莲藕在洪洞发展的可行性,阐述了洪洞县发展节水莲藕的优势和能够产生的经济、环境、人文、社会等综合效益,分析了节水莲藕在洪洞的发展现状和面临的问题,并从运作模式、新型职业莲农培养、品牌打造、莲文化发掘与运用及与旅游业的结合等方面进行了探索和论证,提出了发展策略,以期为洪洞县节水莲藕产业的发展提供理论依据。本文通过调查、研究、分析、探讨认为,洪洞县应该抓住当前“转型综改试验区”与供给侧结构改革的机遇,大力发展节水莲藕产业,继承历史,并顺应时代的发展,将“洪洞莲藕”这一产业发展壮大,使其成为洪洞县经济发展、社会进步、人文和谐、环境友好的支柱经济产业之一。
[Abstract]:Through consulting a lot of documents, checking on the spot, exchanging and studying with Liannong, deeply consulting and understanding of enterprises, market investigation and so on, this paper accumulates data and materials for the writing of the thesis. This paper expounds the feasibility of the development of water-saving lotus root in Hongdong from the geography, transportation, humanities, history, international and domestic environment of Hongdong County, and expounds the advantages of developing water-saving lotus root and the economy, environment and humanity that can be produced in Hongdong County. In this paper, the current situation and problems of water-saving lotus root in Hongdong are analyzed, and the operation mode, the cultivation of new professional lotus farming and brand building are analyzed. This paper explores and demonstrates the exploration and application of lotus culture and its combination with tourism, and puts forward the development strategy in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of water-saving lotus root industry in Hongdong County. Through investigation, research, analysis and discussion, this paper holds that Hongdong County should seize the opportunity of "reforming comprehensive reform experimental area" and supply-side structural reform, vigorously develop water-saving lotus root industry, inherit history, and conform to the development of the times. The industry of "Hongdong lotus root" has been developed and strengthened, making it one of the pillar economic industries of Hongdong County, which is characterized by economic development, social progress, harmonious humanities and friendly environment.
