江西民间投资产业结构现状、问题及优化路径分析

【摘要】：民间投资对中国经济、就业的增长有重要的推动作用,在2016年初民间投资出现大幅下滑的背景下,本文从民间投资的产业结构视角出发,比较分析全国及江西民间投资产业结构现状及变动趋势,发现江西民间投资结构仍存在投资效率低、结构僵化、资源消耗型投资占比过高、服务业投资分布不平衡等问题,亟待通过投资结构的调整来推动效率的提升,以此优化产业结构。文章建议,江西民间投资应在稳增量的同时更加注重投资效率,需结合江西产业特点和优势,通过改造制造业投资存量和优化增量、扩宽服务业民间投资准入范围、加大民间投资参与现代农业力度等方式,促使民间投资产业结构不断优化。
[Abstract]:Private investment plays an important role in promoting the growth of China's economy and employment. Under the background of the sharp decline in private investment in early 2016, this paper starts from the perspective of the industrial structure of private investment. By comparing and analyzing the present situation and changing trend of the industrial structure of folk investment in China and Jiangxi, it is found that there are still some problems in the structure of private investment in Jiangxi Province, such as low investment efficiency, rigid structure, excessive proportion of resource consuming investment, unbalanced distribution of investment in service industry, etc. It is urgent to improve the efficiency by adjusting the investment structure to optimize the industrial structure. The paper suggests that Jiangxi private investment should pay more attention to investment efficiency while increasing steadily. It is necessary to expand the access range of private investment in service industry by transforming the manufacturing investment stock and optimizing the increment by combining the characteristics and advantages of Jiangxi industry. Increasing the participation of private investment in modern agriculture and other ways to promote the industrial structure of private investment continue to optimize.
