战略性新兴产业联盟网络结构演化下企业创新能力提升研究

【摘要】：随着网络理论广泛应用于创新领域的研究,产业联盟网络与企业创新能力间的关系成为研究的热点之一。联盟网络结构不是一成不变的,它随着网络内企业创新能力的变化而不断地演化。联盟网络结构演化可以促进企业创新能力的提升,同时企业创新能力的提升推动联盟网络结构的进一步演化。战略性新兴产业联盟网络的形成是促进我国战略性新兴产业发展的有效路径。联盟网络结构中各个节点的企业通过联盟网络结构的不断演化来识别其在联盟网络中的位置,寻求有利于自身发展的关键因素。探讨和明确战略性新兴产业联盟网络结构如何影响联盟网络内企业创新能力的提升具有重要的现实意义。首先,阐述了战略性新兴产业联盟网络的研究背景、研究意义、联盟网络目前的研究现状以及本文的研究内容。经过对相关文献的梳理与回顾,分别对战略性新兴产业的含义、产业联盟理论、联盟网络形成与演化、社会网络分析在联盟网络演化的应用及企业创新能力的相关理论进行了论述。明确了战略性新兴产业联盟网络的形成有助于企业创新能力的提升,为后文联盟网络结构演化与企业创新能力提升之间的互动关系研究奠定了基础。其次,本文以联盟网络结构作为视角,通过分析以政府、科研机构及企业等组成的联盟网络的构成及运作,确定推动联盟网络演化的内外部动力因素。其中内部动力因素包括企业资源、结构位势及网络制度。外部动力因素包括政府、科研机构及位置邻近。提出联盟网络演化的三个特征:多中心主体、改善结构位势及优化组织成员。通过以上剖析,构建联盟网络结构演化图。第三,通过对战略性新兴产业创新能力提升的制约因素进行综合分析,对联盟网络结构如何通过创新资源整合及稳定的联盟网络对企业创新能力提升的机理进行探讨。结合战略性新兴产业联盟网络结构演化的特征,提出网络结构演化下的企业创新能力提升的助力、支撑、保障及企业创新能力横向、纵向提升选择。第四,在构建联盟网络结构图及分析联盟网络结构对企业创新能力提升的基础上,以大飞机产业为例进行案例研究。通过对大飞机产业联盟网络结构的形成过程及其演化进行分析,对联盟网络结构演化下大飞机产业创新能力提升的研究,进一步验证了联盟网络结构的演化有助于企业创新能力提升。最后,通过战略性新兴产业联盟网络结构演化有助于企业创新能力提升的理论与实证分析的基础上。提出协调政府及市场的关系、培育企业创新能力及完善的政策环境等相关政策建议,从而推动我国战略性新兴产业的发展。本文研究表明:多中心主体、结构位势改善及组织成员优化为特征的联盟网络结构演化助于提升企业创新能力。联盟网络结构演化下的“核心企业”及“非核心企业”可通过其联盟网络的位置改变提升企业创新能力同时进一步推动联盟网络结构的演化。研究成果有助于引导政府充分了解其在联盟网络结构中的角色,扶持联盟网络结构,促进我国战略性新兴产业的发展。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of network theory in the field of innovation, the relationship between industrial alliance network and enterprise innovation capability has become one of the hotspots of research. The formation of strategic emerging industrial alliance network is an effective way to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in China. It is of great practical significance to explore and clarify how the network structure of strategic emerging industrial alliances affects the promotion of enterprises'innovation capability in the alliance network. After sorting out and reviewing the relevant literatures, this paper discusses the meaning of strategic emerging industries, the theory of industrial alliance, the formation and evolution of alliance network, the application of social network analysis in the evolution of alliance network and the related theories of enterprise innovation capability. Formation contributes to the promotion of enterprise innovation capability and lays a foundation for the study of the interactive relationship between the evolution of alliance network structure and the promotion of enterprise innovation capability. Secondly, from the perspective of alliance network structure, this paper analyzes the composition and operation of the alliance network composed of government, scientific research institutions and enterprises to determine the promotion alliance. The internal and external dynamic factors of network evolution include enterprise resources, structure potential and network system. The external dynamic factors include government, scientific research institutions and location proximity. Thirdly, through the comprehensive analysis of the restraining factors of the strategic emerging industries'innovation capability promotion, this paper discusses how the alliance network structure improves the enterprises' innovation capability through the integration of innovation resources and the stable alliance network. Fourthly, on the basis of constructing alliance network structure diagram and analyzing alliance network structure to enhance enterprise innovation capability, this paper takes the large aircraft industry as an example to make a case study. The formation process and evolution of network structure are analyzed. The research on the promotion of innovation capability of large aircraft industry under the evolution of alliance network structure further verifies that the evolution of alliance network structure is conducive to the promotion of enterprise innovation capability. Finally, the theory that the evolution of strategic emerging industry alliance network structure is conducive to the promotion of enterprise innovation capability is put forward. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as coordinating the relationship between the government and the market, cultivating the innovation ability of enterprises and improving the policy environment, so as to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in China. "Core enterprises" and "non-core enterprises" under the evolution of alliance network structure can improve the innovation capability of enterprises by changing the position of alliance network and further promote the evolution of alliance network structure. Support Alliance network structure and promote the development of China's strategic emerging industries.
