万荣县高村乡苹果产业发展研究

【摘要】：苹果是最常见的水果之一,誉为世界四大水果之冠,全球许多国家和地区都在种植。我国是世界第一苹果生产大国,而山西省是中国主要的苹果生产基地之一,经过多年的发展,苹果产业经济成为当地农村经济的重要的支柱性产业。山西运城的苹果产业作为主导产业,已经取得了很大成就,在苹果产业快速发展中,特别是随着我国加入wT0之后,逐渐暴露出很多问题,诸如小规模的农户契约生产模式与社会化大规模消费市场的冲突,苹果的种类需求不断扩大和有限的土地资源之间的矛盾日益加剧,人民生活水平的提高对苹果品质的需求不断上升,以及在苹果种植中出现的产前、产中、产后各阶段服务的脱节等等,都有待于解决和提高。因此,必须制定相应的可持续发展战略才是山西运城苹果产业的未来发展之路。基于此观点,本研究以山西运城万荣县高村乡为研究对象,从产业经济学角度对当地的苹果产业发展模式进行分析和研究,提出了促进运城市万荣县高村乡苹果产业化和可持续发展的策略与建议,论文主要分为六个部分：第一部分,引言。该部分阐述了论文的研究背景和意义,简单论述了国内外学者对苹果产业发展方面的研究现状,明确了本文的主要研究内容和方法。第二部分,相关理论综述。对苹果产业相关的一些理论,如农业产业化理论、苹果产业化理论、苹果产业发展的内容、可持续发展理论进行了论述,并对国外发达国家的苹果产业可持续化发展的经验进行了归纳总结,为本文的研究提供了理论基础和借鉴。第三部分,对万荣县高村乡苹果产业发展的现状进行了调查、分析,包括万荣县高村乡的自然、气候、地理和土壤等方面,通过问卷调查分析了当地苹果产业化发展的的优势和存在的主要问题。第四部分,针对上一章的分析,对万荣县高村乡苹果产业化发展存在的问题进行剖析,分析制约当地苹果产业化发展的主要因素。第五部分,对万荣县高村乡苹果产业化提出了进一步完善和可持续发展的相应的策略和建议。第六部分,结论。对论文探讨的问题的总结和对未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Apple is one of the most common fruits, known as the world's four largest fruit, the world's many countries and regions are growing. China is the world's largest apple producer, and Shanxi Province is one of the main apple production bases in China. After years of development, the apple industry economy has become an important pillar of the local rural economy. As the leading industry in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, the apple industry has made great achievements. In the rapid development of Apple industry, especially after China's entry into wT0, a lot of problems have been gradually exposed. Such as the conflict between small-scale farmer contract production model and socialized large-scale consumer market, the growing variety demand of apple and the increasing contradiction between limited land resources, The increasing demand for apple quality and the disconnect of service in pre-natal, post-natal and post-natal stages of apple planting need to be solved and improved. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate the corresponding sustainable development strategy, which is the way for the future development of Shanxi Yuncheng apple industry. Based on this point of view, this study takes Gaocun Township, Wanrong County, Yuncheng County, Shanxi Province as the research object, and analyzes and studies the local apple industry development model from the angle of industrial economics. This paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions to promote the industrialization and sustainable development of apple in Gaocun Township, Wanrong County, Yuncheng. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part, the introduction. This part describes the research background and significance of the paper, briefly discusses the domestic and foreign scholars on the development of Apple industry research status, clear the main research content and methods of this paper. The second part, the related theory summary. Some theories related to apple industry, such as the theory of agricultural industrialization, the content of apple industry development and the theory of sustainable development, are discussed. The experience of sustainable development of apple industry in developed countries is summarized, which provides the theoretical basis and reference for the research of this paper. In the third part, the present situation of apple industry development in Gaocun Township of Wanrong County is investigated and analyzed, including the nature, climate, geography and soil of Gaocun Township in Wanrong County. The advantages and main problems of local apple industrialization development were analyzed by questionnaire survey. The fourth part, according to the analysis of the previous chapter, analyzes the problems existing in the development of apple industrialization in Gaocun Township, Wanrong County, and analyzes the main factors restricting the development of local apple industrialization. In the fifth part, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions for the further improvement and sustainable development of apple industrialization in Gaocun Township of Wanrong County. The sixth part, conclusion. The summary of the problems discussed in the paper and the prospect of future research.
