我国物流产业文化融入专业教育的思考

【摘要】：产业文化融入专业教育是高职院校培育学生职业精神,提升学生专业素养,提高人才与岗位适切性与匹配度的重要途径。优秀的传统文化、近代工业革命以来的西方工业文明和新中国成立以来中国特色社会主义文化是我国物流产业文化的三大重要来源。物流产业文化融入专业教育是落实文化育人的迫切需要、贯彻以生为本的必要举措和培育职业素养的重要途径。
[Abstract]:The integration of industrial culture into professional education is an important way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' professional spirit, promote students' professional accomplishment, and improve the suitability and matching degree of talents and posts. Excellent traditional culture, western industrial civilization since the modern industrial revolution and socialist culture with Chinese characteristics since the founding of New China are three important sources of Chinese logistics industry culture. The integration of logistics industry culture into professional education is an urgent need to carry out cultural education, carry out the necessary measures of taking students as the basis and an important way to cultivate professional accomplishment.
