产业创新联盟协同创新效应研究

【摘要】:产业创新联盟协同创新研究正发展成为当今技术创新理论的一个重点问题,也是我国建设新型创新国家提高自主创新能力的重要发展内容。但是,产业创新联盟协同创新效应低的现状仍然是无法扭转的事实。随着创新环境的日益复杂化以及对创新速度要求也越来越高,提高产业创新联盟同创新效应已经迫在眉睫。产业创新联盟协同创新效应的主要影响因素是本文的研究对象。 本文通过对国内外相关研究成果的研究评述,对已有的协同创新的内涵进行比较、分析和升华,创新性地将空间协同纳入产业创新联盟协同创新中,提出了产业创新联盟协同创新的定义,进而提出了产业创新联盟协同创新效应的定义。由于产业创新联盟内部技术、人才、知识、信息等创新要素整合产生产业创新联盟资源要素协同效应;创新主体通过协同整合产生产业创新联盟协同创新主体协同效应;创新主体在合理配置技术、资金、基础设施、人力资源等创新资源要素选择不同的方式产生方式协同效应;主体协同维度通过要素共享和节点引致与资源要素协同维度进行协同、主体协同维度中主体间通过选择不同的协同方式与方式协同维度进行协同、资源要素协同维度依照自身创新要素流通与方式协同维度进行协同,三个维度相互协同耦合产生维度间协同即空间协同效应。资源要素协同效应、主体协同效应、方式协同效应和空间协同效应这四种效应组成了产业创新联盟协同创新协同效应。并由此理论构建了产业创新联盟协同创新效应产生机理模型。采用了实证研究方法,收集参与产业创新联盟协同创新的企业、研究机构、中介机构等主体的相关数据,运用主成分分析方法,,得出组成产业创新联盟协同创新效应的因子有:创新流动要素、创新功能要素、创新软件要素、创新合作要素、技术协同要素和维度间协同要素。通过回归分析得出以上六个因子对产业创新联盟协同创新效应构成的重要程度。 根据实证分析的结果在传统建议的基础上创新性提出维度间协同的重要性,增加在资源要素协同、主体协同、方式协同三方面之间匹配性的建议。对产业创新联盟开展协同创新活动有重要的指导意义,进而提高产业创新联盟协同创新效应。
[Abstract]:The research on collaborative innovation of industrial innovation alliance is becoming a key issue in the theory of technological innovation nowadays, and it is also an important development content of building a new innovation country in China to improve the ability of independent innovation. However, the current situation of low synergy innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance is still an irrevocable fact. With the increasing complexity of innovation environment and the increasing requirement of innovation speed, it is urgent to improve the industrial innovation alliance and innovation effect. The main influencing factors of the synergistic innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance are the object of this paper. In this paper, the connotation of collaborative innovation is compared, analyzed and sublimated, and the spatial synergy is brought into the collaborative innovation of industrial innovation alliance innovatively by reviewing the related research results at home and abroad. The definition of cooperative innovation of industrial innovation alliance and the definition of cooperative innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance are put forward. As a result of the integration of technology, talents, knowledge, information and other innovative elements within the industrial innovation alliance, the synergy effect of the resource elements of the industrial innovation alliance is generated, and the main body of innovation produces the synergy effect of the industry innovation alliance through the collaborative integration. The main body of innovation in the rational allocation of technology, funds, infrastructure, human resources and other elements of innovative resources to choose different ways to produce synergy; The principal coordination dimension cooperates with the resource element coordination dimension through the element sharing and node-induced collaboration. In the principal coordination dimension, different coordination modes and modes are selected to coordinate the dimension. The collaborative dimension of resource elements is based on the circulation of its own innovative elements and the collaborative dimension of mode, and the three dimensions are cooperatively coupled with each other to produce the synergy between dimensions, that is, spatial synergy. The four effects of resource element synergy, agent synergy, mode synergy and spatial synergy constitute the synergistic effect of industrial innovation alliance. Based on this theory, the mechanism model of synergistic innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance is established. The empirical research method is used to collect the relevant data of the enterprises, research institutions, intermediary organizations and so on, and the principal component analysis (PCA) method is used. It is concluded that the factors that make up the synergistic innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance are: innovation flow factor, innovation function factor, innovation software element, innovation cooperation factor, technology synergy factor and inter-dimension synergy factor. Through regression analysis, the importance of the above six factors to the cooperative innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance is obtained. Based on the results of empirical analysis, the importance of dimensionality coordination is innovatively put forward on the basis of traditional suggestions, and the matching suggestions among resource element coordination, agent coordination and mode coordination are increased. It has important guiding significance for industrial innovation alliance to carry out collaborative innovation activities, and then improve the synergy innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance.
