【摘要】：随着经济水平的提高和科学技术的发展,高附加值的服务业逐渐取代低附加值的传统工业成为一国经济发展的客观趋势。服务业的发达程度已成为衡量一国现代化、信息化和国际竞争力的重要标志之一。近年来,湖北省服务业发展水平不断提高。但同时我们也看到,湖北省产业结构仍然是“二三一”的模式,第二产业占比较大,产业结构调整升级迫切;而第三产业发展也面临着发展水平总体偏低、行业结构升级较慢、地区之间发展不平衡等问题,湖北省服务业在科教文化、交通运输等方面的优势尚未突显。本文通过对湖北省服务业发展现状进行归纳分析,对湖北省服务业竞争力和服务业内部各行业竞争力进行评价分析,并对影响湖北省服务业发展的因素进行实证分析,从而提出相关对策建议。本文主要内容包括六个部分:第一部分为绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目标、研究方法、研究内容、技术路线图、可能的创新点和不足等,并对国内外研究现状进行了归纳总结。第二部分从湖北省产业结构、湖北省服务业增加值、服务业从业人员和就业水平以及服务业固定资产投资等方面,对湖北省服务业整体水平和湖北省服务业内部各行业发展现状进行分析,并指出湖北省服务业发展存在的问题和困难。第三部分构建了服务业竞争力评价指标体系,综合运用主成分分析和因子分析法对湖北省服务业竞争力进行评价,得出湖北省服务业竞争力在全国的排名,并对湖北省服务业在基础经济竞争力、总体状况竞争力、主要行业竞争力和科技实力竞争力方面进行评价分析,对中部六省服务业竞争力进行对比分析。第四部分采用偏离份额分析法,对湖北省服务业内部各行业的结构和竞争力进行评价分析,选取2004-2008和2008-2013两个时段进行对比分析,并对两阶段湖北省服务业内部各行业的类型进行了划分。第五部分对湖北省服务业发展的影响因素进行实证分析,本文选取了人均GDP、城镇居民人均可支配收入、服务业从业人数、服务业固定资产投资、人口密度、工业化率、城市化率、实际利用外资额和技术市场成交额作为影响因素,采用主成分回归的方法进行实证分析。第六部分概括归纳本文的研究结论,提出湖北省服务业发展和竞争力提升的对策建议。本文的主要结论概括如下:(1)湖北省服务业总体上取得了显著的发展,但仍面临着水平总体偏低、行业结构升级较慢、地区之间发展不平衡等问题。(2)湖北省服务业竞争力在我国处于中等水平,但与发达省市仍有较大差距;湖北省服务业竞争力在中部六省处于领先地位;湖北省服务业科技实力竞争力表现较好,经济基础竞争力、总体状况竞争力和主要行业竞争力表现一般。(3)2008-2013时期相比2004-2008时期,湖北省服务业竞争力偏离分量由正值到负值,说明湖北省服务业发展水平从高于全国平均水平到低于全国平均水平;结构偏离分量对总增量的贡献率由10.54%上升到17.22%,说明湖北省服务业内部各行业的结构得到进一步的优化与升级;竞争力偏离分量从正值到负值,说明造成湖北省服务业发展水平低于全国平均水平的最大原因是湖北省服务业竞争力优势减弱。(4)湖北省服务业发展与人均GDP、城镇居民可支配收入、服务业从业人数、服务业固定资产投资、工业化率、城市化率、实际利用外资额和技术市场成交额呈现正相关,与人口密度呈负相关。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the economic level and the development of science and technology, the high value-added service industry has gradually replaced the low value-added traditional industry as an objective trend of the economic development of a country. The developed degree of service industry has become one of the important standards to measure the modernization of a country, information and international competitiveness. In recent years, the development level of the service industry in Hubei Province But at the same time, we also see that the industrial structure of Hubei is still a "231" model, the second industry is relatively large, the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure is urgent, and the development of the third industry is also facing the problems of the overall low development level, the slow upgrading of the industrial structure and the unbalanced development between the regions, and the service industry in Hubei Province in science and education. The advantages of the service industry in Hubei have not been highlighted. Through the analysis of the present situation of the service industry development in Hubei Province, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of service industry in Hubei and the competitiveness of various industries in the service industry, and makes an empirical analysis on the factors that affect the development of service industry in Hubei Province, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The main content includes six parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research objectives, research methods, research content, technical roadmap, possible innovation points and shortcomings, and summarizes the research status at home and abroad. The second part is from the industrial structure of Hubei Province, the value added value of service industry in Hubei Province, and the service industry. In the aspects of personnel and employment and investment in fixed assets in service industry, this paper analyzes the overall level of service industry in Hubei province and the present situation of the development of various industries in Hubei Province, and points out the problems and difficulties in the development of service industry in Hubei province. In the third part, the evaluation index system of competition power in service industry is constructed, and the main component is used in a comprehensive way. This paper evaluates the competitiveness of Hubei service industry by analysis and factor analysis, and draws a conclusion that the competitiveness of service industry in Hubei ranks in the country, and evaluates the price of Hubei service industry in the basic economic competitiveness, overall competitiveness, the competitiveness of the main industry and the competitiveness of scientific and technological strength, and carries out the competitiveness of the service industry in the six provinces of the central China. In the fourth part, the fourth part uses the method of deviation share analysis to evaluate the structure and competitiveness of various industries within the service industry in Hubei Province, select 2004-2008 and 2008-2013 period of the two periods to carry out a comparative analysis, and divide the types of various industries within the service industry in the two stage of Hubei province. The fifth part of the service industry development in Hubei province. The influencing factors are analyzed. This paper selects per capita GDP, the per capita disposable income of urban residents, the number of employees in the service industry, the investment in the fixed assets of service industry, the population density, the industrialization rate, the urbanization rate, the actual utilization of foreign capital and the technical market turnover as the factor of influence, and the empirical analysis by the method of principal component regression. Sixth The conclusion of this paper is summarized, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Hubei service industry and the promotion of competitiveness are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows: (1) the service industry in Hubei province has made a significant development in general, but it still faces the problems of low overall level, slow upgrading of industry structure and unbalanced development between regions. (2) Hubei The competitiveness of the provincial service industry is in the middle level in China, but there is still a big gap with the developed provinces and cities. The competitiveness of the service industry in Hubei is in the leading position in the six provinces of central China; the competitiveness of the service industry in Hubei is good, the competitiveness of the economy, the overall competitiveness and the competitiveness of the major industries are generally. (3) 2008-2013 period Compared to the 2004-2008 period, Hubei service industry competitiveness deviation from positive to negative, indicating that the development level of service industry in Hubei is higher than the national average level to lower than the national average level; the contribution rate of structure deviation component to total increment from 10.54% to 17.22%, indicating that the structure of various industries in Hubei service industry is advanced. The optimization and upgrading of the step, the deviation of the competitiveness from positive to negative, the biggest reason that the service industry development level in Hubei is lower than the national average is that the competitive advantage of the service industry in Hubei is weakened. There is a positive correlation between investment, industrialization rate, urbanization rate, actual utilization of foreign capital and turnover of technology market, and negatively correlated with population density.
