饭店企业网络嵌入性、组织学习与战略转型能力关系研究

【摘要】：在经济转型的大背景下,饭店企业面临着战略转型升级的巨大压力,战略转型成功的关键在于其是否具有战略转型能力。全球经济正步入网络化时代,特别是饭店单个企业越来越难以适应日益动态复杂的环境,转而采取网络嵌入的方式,通过构建动态的价值网络来参与全球竞争。饭店间网络的形成可以为饭店带来大量新的外部知识源,以合作创新为目的的创新网络已经成为饭店提高组织学习和创新效率的重要机制和手段。越来越多的饭店不只是仅仅依赖对优越的地理位置来获取竞争优势,而是通过嵌入企业网络平台(如战略联盟、饭店集团化组织)来获取组织的知识增量,提升战略转型能力。目前缺乏饭店企业战略转型能力提升的研究,特别将网络嵌入性,组织学习与战略转型能力三者结合的研究非常薄弱,不利于饭店企业成功地进行战略转型。本文通过对湖南省饭店企业发放问卷410份,调查分析网络嵌入性、组织学习与战略转型能力三者之间关系,综合应用主成分分析法和结构方程模型,深层次分析了网络嵌入性、组织学习与战略转型能力的三者定量关系,研究发现网络嵌入性对组织学习存在显著的正向作用,网络嵌入性对战略转型能力存在显著的正向作用,组织学习对战略转型能力存在显著的正向作用,组织学习在网络嵌入性与战略转型能力之间起中介效应。这一结论对于饭店企业通过嵌入企业网络,获取大量新的外部知识源,以此提升自身的竞争优势具有重要理论与现实意义。针对以上研究结论,本文对饭店领导者提出了相关建议。文章的最后,指出了本研究的创新点、局限及对未来进一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic transformation, hotel enterprises are facing great pressure of strategic transformation and upgrading. The key to the success of strategic transformation is whether they have the ability of strategic transformation. The global economy is stepping into the era of network, especially the hotel individual enterprise becomes more and more difficult to adapt to the increasingly dynamic and complex environment, and adopts the way of network embedding to participate in the global competition through the construction of dynamic value network. The formation of the hotel network can bring a large number of new external knowledge sources for the hotel. The innovation network aiming at cooperative innovation has become an important mechanism and means for the hotel to improve the efficiency of organizational learning and innovation. More and more hotels not only rely on the superior geographical location to obtain the competitive advantage, but also acquire the knowledge increment of the organization by embedding the enterprise network platform (such as strategic alliance, hotel collectivization organization) to enhance the ability of strategic transformation. At present, there is a lack of research on the promotion of strategic transformation ability of hotel enterprises, especially the research on the combination of network embedding, organizational learning and strategic transformation ability is very weak, which is not conducive to the successful strategic transformation of hotel enterprises. In this paper, 410 questionnaires were sent to Hunan hotel enterprises to investigate and analyze the relationship among network embeddedness, organizational learning and strategic transformation ability. The principal component analysis (PCA) and structural equation model were used to analyze the network embeddedness deeply. The quantitative relationship between organizational learning and strategic transformation ability. The study found that network embeddedness has significant positive effect on organizational learning, and network embeddedness has significant positive effect on strategic transformation ability. Organizational learning has a significant positive effect on the ability of strategic transformation, and organizational learning plays an intermediary effect between the network embeddedness and the ability of strategic transformation. This conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for hotel enterprises to acquire a large number of new external knowledge sources through embedding the enterprise network to enhance their own competitive advantage. In view of the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions to hotel leaders. Finally, the paper points out the innovation, limitation and future research direction.
