国际青年旅舍在中国发展的核心竞争力初探

【摘要】:国际青年旅舍在欧洲乃至全世界风靡百年,成为了世界青年成长过程中不可缺少的场所,保障了青年人的旅游权利,为其出行提供了便利,在世界青年人心目中具有较高的知名度。 1998年国际青年旅舍进入中国以来,由于中国特殊的国情,旅游业刚起步,政府、社会对青年旅舍的不重视,以及社会家庭、学校教育理念的差异等方面的影响,国际青年旅舍在中国发展缓慢。 国际青年旅舍针对于旅游的细分市场一一青年学生的自助游,因而实现长足发展的两个前提缺一不可,一是旅游市场的兴起,这提供了必要性,二是青年学生能够出门自助游,这是可能性,双管齐下,才能推动国际青年旅舍在中国不断发展壮大。 如今,随着中国旅游业的迅速发展起来,在主观需求与客观环境相互作用下,我国的旅游产业进入大众旅游时代,旅游成为了人们生活中重要的组成部分。在校大学生作为最先接受新鲜事物的群体,参加各种形式的旅游活动也成为了流行趋势。由于青年学生求新、求异的心理:对价格敏感,旅游预算性强;不喜欢受约束,旅游信息不对称;出游目的多样化等原因,青年学生对旅游的需求与旅行社固定旅游模式的供应存在着矛盾,于是大学生自助游、背包游兴起了。但是,在校大学生的社会阅历少,虽敢于冒险却缺少安全防范意识,在自助出游中存在着安全隐患,而国际青年旅舍却能够在各个方面满足大学生的旅游需求。 国际青年旅舍自身所拥有的特色构成了在中国发展的核心竞争力,这表现在在实用性方面,能够为大学生提供价廉且干净卫生的床位、便利的交通、方便的生活、接近景区、各种便利的设施与服务,并且保证卫生与安全,充分满足大学生求廉求便利的心理。在国际青年旅舍自身文化氛围的建设方面,经过店长、店员、住客三者的共同努力,通过新奇的住宿体验、友好的交友氛围、绿色环保的理念、独立自强能力锻炼等来吸引青年人,最终达到教育青年人的目的。 现阶段,国际青年旅舍在中国有着极好的发展机遇,在青年人中享有极高的声誉,同时也面临着经济型酒店、“山寨”青年旅舍、加盟店的质量良莠不齐等竞争,因而国际青年旅舍应该研究新情况,解决新问题,不断调节自身以迎接挑战。 本文旨在通过揭示国际青年旅舍的核心竞争力,引起人们的重视,推动其进一步发展,促使青年学生锻炼身体、爱护大自然、增长见识、独立自强、平等友爱,最终建设更加文明和谐进步的中国。
[Abstract]:Haus International Hostel is popular in Europe and even the world for a hundred years. It has become an indispensable place for the growth of young people in the world, and has ensured the tourism rights of young people and provided convenience for their travel. In the eyes of the world's young people have a high profile. Since Haus International Hostel entered China in 1998, due to the special conditions of China, the tourism industry has just started, the government and society do not attach importance to youth hostels, as well as the differences in social family and school education ideas, and so on. Haus International Hostel is slow to develop in China. Haus International Hostel is aimed at the sub-market of tourism, that is, the self-help tour of young students, so the two prerequisites for achieving great development are indispensable, one is the rise of the tourism market, which provides the necessity, and the other is that young students can go out to help themselves. This is a possibility, two-pronged, to promote the Haus International Hostel in China to grow and grow. Nowadays, with the rapid development of Chinese tourism, under the interaction of subjective demand and objective environment, the tourism industry of our country has entered the age of mass tourism, and tourism has become an important part of people's life. College students as the first group to accept new things, participate in various forms of tourism has become a popular trend. As a result of young students' psychology of seeking new and different things, they are sensitive to price and have strong budget for tourism; they do not like to be constrained, tourism information is asymmetrical, and the purpose of traveling is diversified, and so on. There is a contradiction between the demand of young students for tourism and the supply of the fixed tourism mode of travel agencies, so college students go on self-help tours and backpack tours rise. However, the college students have less social experience, but lack the sense of safety prevention although they dare to take risks, and there are hidden dangers in the self-help travel, while Haus International Hostel can meet the tourism needs of college students in all aspects. Haus International Hostel's own characteristics constitute the core competitiveness of its development in China, which is manifested in its practicability in providing college students with cheap and clean beds, convenient transportation, convenient life, and access to scenic spots. All kinds of convenient facilities and services, as well as ensuring health and safety, fully meet the college students' desire for cheap and convenient psychology. In the construction of Haus International Hostel's own cultural atmosphere, through the joint efforts of store manager, shop assistant and guest, through the novel accommodation experience, friendly friendship atmosphere, the concept of green and environmental protection, Independent self-improvement ability exercises to attract young people, eventually achieve the purpose of educating young people. At this stage, Haus International Hostel has excellent development opportunities in China, enjoys a high reputation among young people, and also faces competition from economy hotels, "shanzhai" youth hostels and franchisees, etc. Therefore, Haus International Hostel should study new situations, solve new problems and constantly adjust itself to meet the challenges. By revealing the core competitiveness of Haus International Hostel, this paper aims to arouse people's attention, promote its further development, and urge young students to exercise their bodies, love nature, increase their knowledge, strengthen themselves independently, and be equal and friendly. Finally, we will build a more civilized, harmonious and progressive China.
