济南市养生产业园选址与功能布局策划

【摘要】：养生产业园区作为养生产业发展的载体，是养生产业发展的关键因素之一，可以通过地理集中和养生产业组织的优化，给个体发展的养生产业带来所不具备的生产成本、资源获取等优势。目前，国内对养生产业园区的选址与功能布局还未进行过详细的优化，存在园区选址不合理、园区产业形式与产业布局不合理、园区重复建设等问题。因此对养生产业园区的选址与功能布局进行全面细致的研究就显得尤为重要。本文立足于济南市，以确定济南市养生产业园区的选址与功能布局为目标，对济南市养生产业现状、养生产业市场需求、养生产业园区选址影响因素与养生产业园区各功能区的布局要求进行全面的分析，并获得一定的成果。论文主要研究内容包括：（1）在查阅、分析研究国内外文献的基础上，对养生产业、养生产业园区进行了概念上的界定，并对济南市养生产业现状与市场需求进行了调查。（2）考虑园区选址的经济目标、社会目标与环境生态目标，建立了济南市养生产业园区选址评价指标体系。（3）对选址方案进行了详细分析，，采用层次分析法确定各选址方案权重，对园区选址方案进行对比，优选出了在华山片区建造养生产业园区的方案。（4）对产业园区的产业形式与功能布局进行了详细的研究，对园区的道路与绿地系统进行了初步的布局。
[Abstract]:As the carrier of the development of the health industry, the Health Industry Park is one of the key factors in the development of the health industry. Resource acquisition and other advantages. At present, the location and functional layout of the health industry park has not been optimized in detail, there are some problems such as unreasonable site selection, unreasonable industrial form and industrial layout, repeated construction of the park, and so on. Therefore, it is very important to study the location and function layout of health industry park. Based on Jinan City, this paper aims to determine the location and functional layout of Jinan City Health Industry Park, the current situation of Jinan City health industry, health industry market demand, The factors affecting the location of the health industry park and the layout requirements of the functional areas of the health industry park were analyzed comprehensively and some achievements were obtained. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1) on the basis of consulting, analyzing and studying domestic and foreign literature, this paper defines the concept of health industry and health industry park, and investigates the present situation and market demand of health industry in Jinan. 2) considering the economic, social and ecological objectives of the site selection, an evaluation index system for the location of the park in Jinan is established. This paper analyzes the site selection scheme in detail, determines the weight of each location scheme by AHP, compares the site selection scheme of the park, and optimizes the scheme of constructing health preservation industry park in Huashan district. 4) the industrial form and function layout of the industrial park are studied in detail, and the road and green space system of the park are preliminarily laid out.
