中国经济型酒店经营模式研究

【摘要】:中国经济型酒店自上世纪末诞生以来,经历了起步、快速发展和品牌建立三个阶段,现今经济型酒店业作为旅游业的新生力量,在酒店业乃至旅游业中扮演着愈来愈重要的角色。然而面对与日俱增的市场竞争及来自内外部环境压力,中国经济型酒店同时也正面临着前所未有的挑战——传统的经营模式能否继续适应当今时代的发展潮流?基于转型期背景下的中国经济型酒店经营模式问题已经成为日益迫切关注的焦点。 本文以中国经济型酒店经营发展模式为研究对象,通过对锦江之星、华住、如家三家国内经济型酒店行业领先者经营模式的比较研究,探讨基于不同模式下的发展策略,试图探索出适合中国国情的经济型酒店经营模式发展之路。本文旨在为行业内外经营者及竞争者更深入掌握和运用经济型酒店的经营模式提供新的视角,使其有针对性地审视和解决经营管理中存在的问题,希望能对我国经济型酒店行业未来健康有序、可持续发展有所贡献。 本文共分为五个部分: 第一章阐述本文的研究背景、研究意义与研究方法,并对国内外相关文献进行综述,理清全文的研究思路与框架,为后文奠定理论基础。 第二章从中国经济型酒店的竞争格局、存在问题等角度切入,对中国经济型酒店基本现状进行分析阐述。 第三章分别对特许经营模式、品牌延伸模式和兼并收购模式进行深入研究,并分别辅以案例分析,理论结合实例,为中国经济型酒店未来经营发展模式提供方向。 第四章对中国经济型酒店未来发展趋势进行展望,并提出不同模式下的发展策略与对策建议。 第五章简要回顾本文的主要内容、得出研究结论并提出不足与展望。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of economic hotels in China at the end of the last century, they have experienced three stages: the beginning, the rapid development and the establishment of the brand. Nowadays, the economic hotel industry as a new force in the tourism industry, It plays a more and more important role in the hotel industry and even in the tourism industry. However, in the face of increasing market competition and pressure from the internal and external environment, China's economy hotels are also facing unprecedented challenges-can the traditional business model continue to adapt to the development trend of the times? Under the background of transition period, the problem of economic hotel management model in China has become the focus of attention day by day. Based on the comparative study of Jinjiang Star, Huazhu and three domestic economic hotel industry leaders, this paper discusses the development strategies based on different modes, taking the economic hotel development model of China as the object of study, and through the comparative study of Jinjiang Star, and the three domestic economic hotel industry leaders in China, this paper discusses the development strategy based on different modes. Try to explore the development of economic hotel management model suitable for China's national conditions. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new angle of view for the operators and competitors in and out of the industry to grasp and apply the business model of economic hotels more deeply, so that they can examine and solve the problems existing in the operation and management in a targeted manner. It is hoped that it can contribute to the healthy and orderly future and sustainable development of China's economic hotel industry. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter describes the research background, research significance and research methods, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, clarifies the research ideas and framework of the full text, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following. The second chapter analyzes and expounds the basic situation of Chinese economy hotels from the angle of competition pattern and existing problems of economy hotels in China. In the third chapter, the franchising model, brand extension model and merger and acquisition model are deeply studied, supplemented by case analysis, theory combined with examples, to provide the direction for the future management and development model of economic hotels in China. The fourth chapter looks forward to the future development trend of economic hotels in China, and puts forward the development strategies and suggestions under different modes. The fifth chapter briefly reviews the main contents of this paper, draws the research conclusions and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
