【摘要】：我国的移动终端市场在通信运营商、设备制造商、操作系统厂家和用户应用程序市场的联合催化下,正以前所未有的速度发展。但我国的移动终端产业依然面临着诸多的问题：市场占有率提高但是盈利能力不强,核心技术缺失,产业链不完整,产业生态系统不健全。科学、合理的制定中国的移动终端产业的战略目标、总体战略、发展模式,对中国的移动终端产业健康,快速的发展,具有重要的指导意义。本文通过对中国的移动终端产业的外部环境,包括政治和政策环境,经济环境,消费者行为,技术环境进行总结,运用SCP结构对中国的移动终端产业的市场结构,市场行为和市场绩效进行分析,基于SWOT分析,结合网络经济时代的创新理论,全球价值链的理论,对中国的移动终端产业战略进行了分析研究。中国的移动终端产业的战略是目标总体发展战略阐述为产业形成健康发展、协调推进的基本格局,作为新一代信息技术一部分的移动终端产业成为国民经济的支柱产业。创新能力大幅提升,掌握一批关键核心技术,在局部领域达到世界领先水平。形成一批具有国际影响力的大企业和一批创新活力旺盛的中小企业。建成产业链完善、创新能力强、特色鲜明的产业集聚区。产业整体创新能力和产业发展水平达到世界先进水平。总体战略宜采用混合型的战略,增长型战略、稳健性战略和紧缩性战略综合使用。在发展模式上,要把增强自主创新能力作为产业技术的发展模式；建立大中小企业间合理的分工协作作为产业组织的发展模式；建立吸纳和运用全球资源作为产业资源的发展模式；利用网络经济集聚效应,实现产业集聚竞争力的发展模式；同时在发展重点上,中国移动终端产业以4G和移动互联为契机,稳固在中低端市场的地位,坚持实现产品向高端市场发展,产业链延伸到高附加值领域,健全产业生态系统,建立强大产业联盟的立体发展路径,以促进整个产业的快速、健康发展。文章最后建议要加大宽带等基础设施建设,重视建立专利共享机制,注意发展应用创新,关注消费者信息保护,这些措施,将更好的促使中国的移动终端产业健康、快速发展。
[Abstract]:The mobile terminal market in China is under the joint catalysis of communication operators, equipment manufacturers, operating system manufacturers and user application markets. The mobile terminal industry of our country is developing at an unprecedented speed. However, the mobile terminal industry in our country still faces many problems: the market share is increased but the profitability is not strong, the core technology is missing, the industrial chain is not complete, the industrial ecosystem is not perfect.
