东北地区生产性服务业与装备制造业融合模式研究

【摘要】：全球经济趋向好转，我国经济发展稳步向前，随着国家政策的提出和国际形势的改变，装备制造业的产业结构升级势在必行，产业间的协作越来越常态化，因此处在经济转型期的装备制造业与生产性服务业的融合是其发展的必然趋势。全球都在向“服务型”经济转变的背景下，生产性服务业与装备制造业的融合势必会带动装备制造业的发展，实现我国装备制造业在全球价值链上的攀升。作为我国发展最早的老工业基地，，东北地区装备制造业的振兴和发展势必会带动整个地区的经济发展，因此对东北地区生产性服务业与装备制造业融合问题的研究具有重要战略意义。本文借鉴国内外关于生产性服务业与装备制造业发展问题的相关研究，结合全球价值链理论、产业互动理论、产业融合理论以及劳动分工理论对生产性服务业与装备制造业的融合动因进行分析，分析了生产性服务业与装备制造业的融合过程，并总结出生产性服务业与装备制造业融合影响因素，并结合随机前沿性分析方法对其影响因素进行检验，揭示了生产性服务业与装备制造业的融合机理；针对东北地区装备制造业价值链及产业链，提出了融合模式设计思路，设计出东北地区生产性服务业与装备制造业融合模式，并提出适用条件；结合东北地区各行业的发展现状，明确了融合模式的选择方法，对东北地区各行业的融合模式进行选择；最后，提出了东北地区生产性服务业与装备制造业融合模式的实现及保障策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of national policy and the change of international situation, it is imperative to upgrade the industrial structure of equipment manufacturing industry, and the cooperation between industries is becoming more and more regular. Therefore, the integration of equipment manufacturing and producer services in economic transition is the inevitable trend of its development. Under the background of global transformation to "service-oriented" economy, the integration of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry is bound to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry and realize the climbing of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain. As the earliest old industrial base in China, the revitalization and development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Northeast region is bound to drive the economic development of the whole region. Therefore, it is of strategic significance to study the integration of producer services and equipment manufacturing in Northeast China. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research on the development of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry, combined with the theory of global value chain, the theory of industrial interaction, The theory of industrial convergence and the theory of division of labor analyze the causes of the integration of producer services and equipment manufacturing, and analyze the process of integration of producer services and equipment manufacturing. The influencing factors of the integration of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry are summarized, and the influencing factors are tested with the method of random frontier analysis, and the fusion mechanism of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry is revealed. Aiming at the value chain and industry chain of equipment manufacturing in Northeast China, this paper puts forward the design idea of fusion mode, designs the integration mode of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China, and puts forward the applicable conditions. Combined with the development of various industries in Northeast China, the selection method of fusion mode is defined, and the integration mode of each industry in Northeast China is selected. Finally, The realization and guarantee strategy of the integration mode of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China are put forward.
