金林公司质量管理案例研究

【摘要】：质量是现代企业生存和发展的根本要素。对于实行家族式管理的中小型民营企业来说,产品制造质量的好坏直接关系到企业是否能够持续地获得订单和产生经济上的收益,并进一步关系到企业是否能够在日益激烈的商业竞争中存活下来。中国大陆的中小型民营企业在过去的30年中获得了极快的发展,然而,其中实行家族式管理的中小型企业普遍寿命较短。以浙江省为例,家族式中小型企业平均寿命只有3-5年。因此,家族式管理的中小型企业必须实行深入有效的全面质量管理,才有可能达到提升产品竞争力、扩大市场占有率、创造良好经济效益的目的,可持续发展才有可能成为现实。本文以一家小型家族式民营企业金林公司作为案例研究的对象,对公司的生产经营概况和质量管理模式进行介绍,然后从该公司铸造汽缸机械加工的实际情况出发,以实地调研收集到的广泛的现场信息和大量数据为基础,具体介绍了公司质量管理的现状,描述了质量管理目前存在的问题,然后结合质量管理理论,对产生这些质量问题的原因进行了分析,最后,根据金林公司在质量管理方面存在的问题和原因的分析结果,针对性地提出了改进的对策：首先是正确理解和使用全面质量管理的各种质量控制方法,减少加工过程中产品质量问题的发生比率。其次是理清复杂的人际关系,使得技术质量人员的职责履行不受干扰。再次是如何提高机械加工工艺卡的编制合理性,以及通过使用过程跟踪卡来控制工序加工质量；最后是加强质量管理制度建设,加强对铸造汽缸成品的保护。期望这些对策能够对其他情况类似的家族式中小型企业的质量管理提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:Quality is the basic element of modern enterprise survival and development. For small and medium-sized private enterprises with family management, the quality of their products is directly related to whether they can continuously obtain orders and generate economic benefits. And further related to whether the enterprise can survive in the increasingly fierce business competition. The small and medium-sized private enterprises in mainland China have developed very fast in the past 30 years. However, the life expectancy of the small and medium-sized enterprises with family management is shorter than that of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the past 30 years. Take Zhejiang Province for example, the average life span of family small and medium-sized enterprises is only 3-5 years. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of enhancing the competitiveness of products, expanding market share and creating good economic benefits, small and medium-sized enterprises with family management must carry out in-depth and effective total quality management to achieve the goal of enhancing the competitiveness of their products, expanding their market share, and creating good economic benefits. Sustainable development is likely to become a reality. This paper takes Jinlin Company, a small family private enterprise, as the object of case study, introduces the general situation of production and management and quality management mode of the company, and then proceeds from the actual situation of casting cylinder machining in this company. Based on the extensive field information and a large amount of data collected from the field investigation, this paper introduces the current situation of the quality management of the company, describes the existing problems of the quality management, and then combines the theory of quality management. The causes of these quality problems are analyzed. Finally, according to the analysis results of the problems and causes in the quality management of Jinlin Company, At first, we should correctly understand and use all kinds of quality control methods of total quality management to reduce the occurrence rate of product quality problems in the process of processing. The second is to clarify the complex interpersonal relationships, so that technical quality personnel's duties are not interfered with. Thirdly, how to improve the rationality of machining process card, and how to use process tracking card to control process quality; finally, strengthen the construction of quality management system and strengthen the protection of casting cylinder finished products. It is expected that these countermeasures can provide a useful reference for the quality management of other similar family small and medium-sized enterprises.
