影响中国吸引外商直接投资的文化因素分析

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的不断发展,国际间的经济交往日益频繁,国际问商品与资本流动的规模不断扩大。外商直接投资作为一种资本的跨国流动,也不断的发展,对世界经济的发展发挥越来越重要的作用。各国政府也大力采取各种措施,吸引外商直接投资,促进本国经济的发展。本文首先对研究背景与选题意义进行了阐述,并对与本文有关的研究概念进行了界定。随后,综述国内外众多学者对外商直接投资的研究成果,并对这些成果进行了简单的评述。然后,定量与定性的分析了文化因素对我国吸收外商直接投资的影响,最后在相关研究结果的基础上,对政府与企业提出相关的建议。文章分为以下几个部分：第一部分为绪论。主要内容为选题背景与意义,概念的界定,论文可能的创新与不足等。第二部分为文献综述。总结了国内外学者对外商直接投资的研究成果,并对其进行了简要的评述。第三部分为外商直接投资理论的介绍。简要介绍了前人总结的关于决定外商直接投资的理论。第四部分为中国吸收外商直接投资的发展历程与现状。介绍了中国吸引外商直接投资的历史,并介绍了外商直接投资在中国的产业分布与行业分布。第五部分为文章的主要部分。采用引力模型定量说明文化因素对外商直接投资的影响程度,并定性地说明区域文化特征对外商直接投资的影响。第六部分为结语部分。结合研究对政府与企业提出了利于吸引外商直接投资的建议,力求完善国家政策与企业制度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, international economic exchanges are becoming more and more frequent, and the scale of international commodity and capital flows is constantly expanding. As a kind of transnational capital flow, foreign direct investment (FDI) is also continuously developing. Governments of various countries have also vigorously adopted various measures to attract foreign direct investment and promote the development of their own economies. In this paper, the background of the research and the significance of the topic are described, and the research concepts related to this paper are defined. Then, the research results of many scholars at home and abroad on foreign direct investment are summarized. Then, the paper analyzes quantitatively and qualitatively the influence of cultural factors on the absorption of foreign direct investment in China. Finally, on the basis of the relevant research results, the author puts forward some relevant suggestions to the government and enterprises. The article is divided into the following parts:. The first part is the introduction. The main content is the background and significance of the topic, the definition of the concept, the possible innovation and deficiency of the paper. The second part is a literature review. It summarizes the research results of foreign direct investment (FDI) at home and abroad, and makes a brief comment on it. The third part is the introduction of FDI theory. The fourth part is about the development and present situation of FDI in China. It introduces the history of FDI in China and the industrial distribution and industry distribution of FDI in China. The fifth part is the main part of the article. The gravity model is used to quantitatively explain the influence of cultural factors on foreign direct investment (FDI), and the impact of regional cultural characteristics on foreign direct investment (FDI) is explained qualitatively. The sixth part is the conclusion part. Combining with the research, the author puts forward some suggestions to the government and enterprises to attract foreign direct investment, and tries to perfect the national policy and enterprise system.
