华夏银行长春分行供应链金融业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着科技分工的细化,中国的经济形势发生了巨大的变化,体现的主要形式为经济一体化、产业纵向化,处于此阶段的商业银行面对激烈的同业竞争,需要新的核心业务带动增长,开拓新的业务领域才能保持可持续发展。 华夏银行长春分行的供应链金融业务处于起步阶段,一方面客户需求增长快速,发展潜力巨大,一方面产品运用较为有限,内部控制及风险防控还有待提高。分行供应链金融业务的发展受到了较大的制约,为了更好的释放生产力,加强对客户的服务,切实有效的防范风险,现对分行的供应链金融业务发展策略进行研究与探讨。 一般来说,供应链金融有三层含义,一是从银行业务来讲这是一个专业的领域,是指商业银行的一种授信形式;二是基于供应链模式购销双方管理需求,商业银行业务创新而发展起来的一种金融产品。是以供应链中核心企业为依托,对其上下游中小企业提供账款管理、信用增级、担保、融资、结算风险参与、及风险回避等组合金融服务产品;三是从业务角度上说,分行的供应链金融业务主要包括预付类、应收类、存货类三大产品体系,主要运用的产品有保兑仓、应收账款质押、保理、汽车全链通业务等。 本文试图从理论方面对分行的供应链金融业务发展进行研究,研究的着重点是针对这一新型业务在推广过程中遇到的问题与困难,尽量找寻供应链金融业务发展中的普遍规律及有效做法,为分行供应链金融业务发展提供指导意见。同时,,本文在论证与分析分行供应链金融业务理论、业务流程的基础上,结合目前分行开展供应链金融的客观情况,对其产品风险防控及运作模式进行深入分析,在此基础上发现其存在的问题,进而有针对性提出市场定位策略及发展模式。本文的具体研究框架如下: 本文首先从理论高度入手,详细对供应链金融业务的概念进行界定,论述了分行供应链金融业务发展的宏观、微观环境,其次并假以特定同业对象为例详尽分析其业务特点,假以特定的几款供应链金融业务产品或金融服务方式介绍。第三通过分行自身的问题发现及原因分析,进而从业务选择、行业信息、市场潜力、技术支撑、风险控制以及后台协助等方面进行深入而全面的论述,总结出分行的实际情况及和发展规划,有针对性的提出发展策略,以期分行在同业机构的竞争中能够脱颖而出。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology division, has undergone tremendous changes Chinese economic situation, the main form of economic integration, industry vertical, in which the commercial banks face fierce competition, need new core business growth, develop new business areas in order to maintain the sustainable development.
Supply chain finance business Changchun Huaxia Bank branch in the initial stage, a rapid growth in customer demand, a huge potential for development, on the one hand the use of products is limited, internal control and risk prevention and control need to be improved. The development of supply chain finance business is restricted by the relatively large, in order to release productivity better, strengthen customer service, effective risk prevention, research and discussion of the branch of the supply chain finance business development strategy.
In general, supply chain finance has three meanings, one is from the banking business is this is a specialized field, refers to a form of credit of commercial banks; the two is the purchase and sale of supply chain management based on the needs of both sides, a financial product innovation in commercial banking business development. As the core enterprise supply in the chain as the basis, to provide account management on the upstream and downstream of small and medium sized enterprises, credit enhancement, guarantee, financing, settlement risk and risk avoidance in a combination of financial services products; three is from the business perspective, industry supply chain finance branch service mainly includes prepaid, accounts receivable, inventory three the product system, the main use of the product warehouse, accounts receivable pledge, factoring, automobile chain through business.
This paper tries to study the branch of the supply chain finance business development, the research focus is aiming at the problems and difficulties encountered in the promotion of this new business process, try to find the universal law of supply chain finance business development and effective practices, provide guidance for the branch of supply chain finance business development. At the same time. Based on the demonstration and Analysis Branch of supply chain finance theory, based on business process, combined with the current situation of supply chain finance branch to carry out the objective, the product risk control and operation mode of in-depth analysis, the problems found on the basis of this, and then puts forward the market positioning strategy and development mode are as follows. The specific research framework of this article:
This paper starts with the definition of the height, the supply chain finance business concept, discusses the branch of supply chain finance business development in the macro, micro environment, and secondly in specific industry object as an example a detailed analysis of the business characteristics, in particular several supply chain finance business product or financial service.
