联营体模式在国际工程承包中的应用研究

【摘要】：作为国际工程建设的重要商业运作模式,联营体模式已成为我国建筑企业进入海外市场、推进全球化与本地化发展战略以及迈向国际工程承包高端市场的有效途径。为了更好地理解并应用联营体模式,发挥联营优势,本文对联营体模式的应用进行了如下研究。本文首先介绍国际工程承包联营体的总体特征,总结了工程承包联营体的三种类型及各自的组建特点,分别是融合性联营体、合伙性联营体及混合性联营体。通过分析影响联营体组建及运作特征的驱动因素,界定了本研究中联营体模式的概念。据此,本文结合土耳其安伊高铁二期项目等多个典型案例,总结了国际工程承包市场环境下我国承包商参与联营体项目的三种基本模式,包括各种联营体模式的合作伙伴组成、运作管理特征等,并从中归纳了我国承包商在联营体模式应用中出现的问题。面对复杂变化的项目环境和不同的联营伙伴,本文随后对承包商如何选择合适的联营体类型进行了研究。通过案例研究及文献回顾,总结了影响联营形式选择的关键因素,建立了基于网络分析法(ANP)的联营形式决策模型并阐述了决策实现过程。以香港西北铁路联营体项目为例,运用该模型对该联营体组建进行决策分析,并对分析结果和模型特点作了进一步讨论。最后,本文针对我国承包商在联营体模式应用中出现的问题,根据不同的联营形式和联营模式,分别从联营体的合作框架及联营体协调管理机制两个方面为我国承包商提出了建议,以期为我国承包商在海外经营参与联营体项目时提供参考。
[Abstract]:As an important commercial operation pattern of international construction, joint venture mode has become China's construction enterprises to enter the overseas market, globalization and localization development strategy as well as an effective way towards the high-end market in the international engineering contracting. In order to better understand and use the pool, pool play advantage, application of this model for the camp antithetical couplet body as follows this paper first introduces the research. The general characteristics of international project contracting joint venture, summarizes three types of project joint venture and formed their own characteristics, are the fusion of joint venture partners of the joint venture and mixed pool. Through the analysis on the driving factors of pool formation and operation characteristic, defines the concept of the study of joint venture mode. Therefore, this paper combined with high-speed rail in Turkey Anyi project as a typical case, summed up the international engineering contracting market ring Three basic modes of joint venture project in our country, the Contractor under the joint venture mode, including various partners, management characteristics, and summarized from the Chinese contractors in pool mode application. In the face of the complex and changing project environment and different joint venture partners, then the contractor how to choose the right type of joint venture is studied. Through case studies and literature review, summarizes the key factors affecting the choice of the form of a joint venture, was established based on the analytic network process (ANP) in the form of a joint venture decision model and discusses the decision implementation process. To the northwest of Hongkong railway joint venture project as an example, using the model of decision making analysis of the joint venture set up, and the analysis results and the characteristics of the model are also discussed. Finally, in view of our country the contractor asked in pool mode application According to different joint operation modes and joint operation modes, we put forward suggestions for our contractors from two aspects of the cooperation framework of the joint venture and the coordination management mechanism of the joint venture, so as to provide references for Chinese contractors to participate in joint venture projects overseas.
