中国、美国与印度服务贸易竞争力比较分析

【摘要】:在当今社会,服务贸易的地位变得越来越重要,有逐步赶超货物贸易的趋向,在未来可能成为国际贸易竞争的关键,甚至成为一国在国际竞争中的核心力量。另外,随着服务贸易的不断发展,服务行业内部结构的也在不同程度的进行调整,传统服务部门的贸易比重不断降低,相反,现代服务部门贸易的比重有了较大的增长,各国也争相发展服务贸易以提高国际贸易竞争力。 虽然我国服务贸易开始的比较晚,但是其发展的速度及范围相当迅速,而且未来也有较大的空间发展。从2008年到2013年,我国服务贸易的增加值从13.1万亿元增长到26.2万亿元,在规模上翻两番。我国服务进出口总额在2014年达到了6043亿美元,比去年增长了12.6%。但是,相较与美国和印度而言,我国的服务贸易部门结构不合理与分配不均衡仍然存在,整体上与美国的服务贸易竞争力还有一定的差距,特别在一些现代部门比重上,与印度有一定的差距,如计算机应用。所以,对于我国来讲,调整服务贸易行业的部门结构与比重的成为当务之急。 本文的第一部分提出了本文研究的目的及意义,通过对中国、美国与印度服务贸易竞争力的比较分析,了解我国的服务贸易存在的优势及不足,从而提出一些切实可行的建议和主张。其次按时间顺序提出了国内外相关文献的研究成果,通过拜读中外学者对服务贸易的研究及评论,可以了解现代服务贸易发展的历史和现状,对我国服务贸易发展情况形成一个较为全面的认识,为下文更好的研究做铺垫。本文的第二部分从理论上解释服务贸易的定义、分类、及特点等,使在理解问题上由浅入深的理解。在第三、四部分,本文选用了几个常用的测量指标(如国际市场占有率、RCA指数、TC指数等),运用这些指标对这几个国家进行计算整理与比较分析,得出我国服务贸易与美国、印度的差距和优势,分析影响各国服务贸易部门结构发展的因素。在第五、六部分,本章在分析对比这些差异的基础上,利用迈克尔.波特的竞争优势理论,通过对“钻石模型”的拓展,进一步对影响中美印三国服务贸易的因素进行对比研究,最后提出相应地一些切实可行的政策主张和建议。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the status of trade in services is becoming more and more important. There is a tendency to catch up with the trade in goods step by step, which may become the key to international trade competition in the future, and even become the core force of a country in international competition. With the continuous development of trade in services, the internal structure of the service industry has been adjusted to varying degrees. The proportion of trade in the traditional service sector has been continuously reduced. On the contrary, the proportion of trade in the modern service sector has increased greatly. Countries are also scrambling to develop trade in services in order to improve the competitiveness of international trade. Although China's service trade started relatively late, its development speed and scope are quite rapid, and there is also a great space for development in the future. From 2008 to 2013, the added value of China's service trade increased from 13.1 tillion yuan to 26.2 tillion yuan. In 2014, the total volume of China's imports and exports of services reached 604.3 billion US dollars, an increase of 12.6% over last year. However, compared with the United States and India, China's services trade sector structure is not reasonable and the distribution imbalance still exists. As a whole, there is still a certain gap with the competitiveness of the United States in trade in services, especially in the proportion of some modern sectors, and with India, such as computer applications. So, for our country, It is urgent to adjust the sectoral structure and proportion of trade in services. The first part of this paper puts forward the purpose and significance of this study, through the comparative analysis of the competitiveness of China, the United States and India, we can understand the advantages and disadvantages of China's service trade. Then it puts forward some practical suggestions and propositions. Secondly, it puts forward the research results of domestic and foreign related literature in chronological order, and by reading the research and comments of Chinese and foreign scholars on service trade, We can understand the history and present situation of the development of modern service trade, form a more comprehensive understanding of the development of our country's service trade, and pave the way for better research below. The second part of this paper explains the definition of service trade theoretically. Classification, characteristics, etc., so that the understanding of the problem from the shallow to the depth of understanding. In the third, fourth part, This paper selects several commonly used measurement indicators (such as international market share, RCA index, TC index, etc.), and makes a calculation and comparative analysis of these countries by using these indicators, and draws the gap and advantages of China's service trade with the United States and India. This chapter analyzes the factors that influence the development of service trade sector structure in various countries. In the 5th and six parts, this chapter, based on the analysis and comparison of these differences, makes use of Michael Porter's competitive advantage theory to expand the Diamond Model. This paper makes a comparative study on the factors that affect the service trade of China, America and India, and finally puts forward some feasible policy proposals and suggestions.
