港口基础设施建设对中国—东盟贸易的影响路径与作用机理——来自水产品贸易的经验证据

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化的加剧,我国对外贸易飞速发展。港口作为"一带一路"战略的重要运输通道、国际物流链上的关键节点、全球运输网络体系的重要枢纽,在国际贸易物流和国际供应链中的地位和作用日益凸显,港口基础设施建设上升为国家战略,是"一带一路"战略顺利实施的重要保障。为更好地为中国与东盟港口基础设施互联互通政策的制定提供理论依据和证据支持,可基于东盟主要国家2007—2014年面板数据,综合利用引力模型的贸易效应测度和分解两步法,分别从水产品总体和分类产品两个维度测算港口基础设施贸易效应,进而分析港口基础设施建设对中国—东盟贸易的影响。研究发现,港口基础设施建设对双边水产品总体贸易的促进作用显著,加强基础设施建设非常有必要;港口基础设施建设对贸易影响的路径来自于贸易创造而非贸易转移;贸易创造的产品结构特性显著,双边水产品贸易应以互补性为主。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of global economic integration, China's foreign trade develops rapidly. As an important transportation channel of "Belt and Road" strategy, a key node in international logistics chain and an important hub of global transportation network system, port plays an increasingly important role in international trade logistics and international supply chain. Port infrastructure construction has become a national strategy, which is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of Belt and Road's strategy. In order to provide better theoretical basis and evidence support for the policy of port infrastructure interconnection between China and ASEAN, the trade effect measurement and decomposition of gravity model can be synthetically used based on the panel data of major ASEAN countries from 2007 to 2014. The effects of port infrastructure trade are calculated from the two dimensions of aquatic product collectivity and classified products, and the impact of port infrastructure construction on China-ASEAN trade is analyzed. It is found that port infrastructure construction plays a significant role in promoting the overall trade of bilateral aquatic products, so it is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction, and the path of the impact of port infrastructure construction on trade comes from trade creation rather than trade transfer. The product structure created by trade is remarkable, and bilateral aquatic product trade should be complementary.
