以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观推进农村城镇化的路径与成效分析——以冀中南G村为例

【摘要】：农民观念的城镇化、农村物的城镇化和村庄治理方式的城镇化这三个方面在城镇化进程中是相辅相成,互为一体的。个案研究发现,从涵于制、融于教、化于境三个方面着力培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,对涵育人的城镇化观念有明显效果。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观可以构筑起非货币化的制度安排,推动农村城镇化进程中的硬件建设和完善。依托社会主义核心价值观可以将村民培育为村庄治理的核心主体,构筑村庄治理合力,营造村庄软治理的良好环境和氛围。个案研究表明,农村社区可以在具体的、历史的情境中,通过自下而上"挖掘-提炼"、自上而下"弘扬-化育"的互构过程培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,以此推进农村城镇化。
[Abstract]:The urbanization of farmers' concept, the urbanization of rural property and the urbanization of village governance are complementary to each other in the process of urbanization. The case study shows that the cultivation and practice of socialist core values from three aspects, including system, education and environment, have obvious effects on the concept of urbanization. Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values can construct the system arrangement of non-monetization and promote the hardware construction and perfection in the process of rural urbanization. Depending on the socialist core values, villagers can be cultivated as the core subject of village governance, and a good environment and atmosphere for village soft governance can be built. The case study shows that the rural community can cultivate and practice the socialist core values in the concrete and historical context, through the bottom-up "mining-refining", top-down "carry forward-culture" mutual construction process.
