芳村茶叶市场的食品安全监管对策研究
[Abstract]:Food safety is a hot topic of social concern. China has the largest population in the world, with huge food production and complex variety. Any mistakes in food production, storage and consumption may lead to food safety problems. With the increasing demand for food, how to improve the efficiency of government supervision on food safety has become an important issue. In order to solve the problem of food safety, the country launched the reform of food safety supervision system in 2012. In order to understand the current situation of domestic food industry, analyze the existing problems of government supervision, establish a more effective food regulatory system, take the Fangcun tea market as the research object, carry on the countermeasure research. Fangcun tea market is the largest retail and wholesale market of tea food in China, which has a long history. In this paper, the method of in-depth interview and observation were used to collect the relevant information of the supervision of tea food, and through combing and analyzing the materials, the theory of process reengineering was used to study the countermeasures to solve the problem of food safety. The core content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the current situation of food supervision in Fangcun tea market, including the characteristics of tea food safety, the situation of market operators, and the changes before and after the reform of food safety supervision system. The concrete supervision mode of present stage. The second part discusses the main problems of food safety supervision in Fangcun tea market, including supervision chain, supervision efficiency and coordination ability. The third part is to analyze the main causes of food safety supervision problems, from the perspective of system, efficiency and law. The fourth part is to put forward countermeasures for food safety supervision, including perfecting supervision system, perfecting laws and regulations, and improving supervision efficiency. To the many problems existing in Fangcun tea market, this paper reveals the difficulties and other problems of food safety enforcement from the angle of law enforcement, including system management, government guidance, risk control, legal management, normative management, standard management, from a number of angles. Professional management analysis of food safety issues. The conclusions in this paper confirm the characteristics of strong specialization and complexity of food supervision. There are defects in the current food regulatory system in our country, which requires all social forces, such as law enforcement departments, media, industry associations, consumers and so on, to work together. In order to achieve the long-term stability of the food safety prevention and control system, the government-led and social co-governance supervision model can be constructed.
