当前中国对外投资战略的国际比较——中美日三国对比研究

【摘要】：对外投资是一个经济体发展到一定程度的必然产物,也是国际经济政治竞争力的主要表现。《发达国家与发展中国家对外直接投资效率比较研究》从对外投资的传统理论讲起,延伸到当前对外投资理论的最新发展,通过案例形式分析发达与发展中经济体的对外投资异同问题。《发达国家与发展中国家金融业对外投资的比较研究》从二战后国际金融投资发展趋势说起,提出对外投资目标国选择、对外开放空间与投资主动性、投资动机是发达国家和发展中国家金融对外投资最主要的差别。《当前中国对外投资战略的国际比较》,分析了中美日三国对外投资战略的发展阶段与特征,提出中国应构建跨国公司主导和企业协同发展的对外投资模式。《中美对外直接投资绩效比较》,分析了中国和美国对外投资的异同点以及不同的绩效表现,并对今后中国对外直接投资的模式进行了构建。
[Abstract]:Outward investment is an inevitable product of the development of an economy to a certain extent, and is also the main manifestation of international economic and political competitiveness. "A Comparative study of the efficiency of Foreign Direct Investment between developed and developing countries" starts from the traditional theory of outward investment. Extending to the latest developments in the current theory of outward investment, This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of foreign investment between developed and developing economies in the form of cases. "A Comparative study of Foreign Investment in Financial Industry between developed and developing countries" starts with the development trend of international financial investment after World War II. It is pointed out that the choice of the target countries for foreign investment, the opening space and the initiative of investment, and the investment motivation are the main differences between developed and developing countries in financial outward investment. "International comparison of China's Foreign Investment Strategies at present," This paper analyzes on the development stages and characteristics of the three foreign investment strategies of China, the United States and Japan, and puts forward that China should construct a mode of foreign investment in which multinational corporations dominate and enterprises cooperate with each other. "A comparison of the performance of China and the United States in Foreign Direct Investment", This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between China and the United States and their different performance, and constructs the pattern of China's outward direct investment in the future.
