农业众筹融资成功的影响因素研究——基于多平台的对比分析

【摘要】：农业众筹模式有助于农业生产要素的优化配置。本文通过构建指标体系和追踪项目数据,探讨农业众筹平台的最优选择问题,并利用Logistic模型验证项目融资成功影响因子的显著性程度。研究表明,在农业众筹平台选择上,投融资双方应该首选大型综合类涉农众筹平台。融资成功的影响因子中,融资目标的设定几乎不影响农业众筹成功,而项目支持人数和项目评论数量越多,项目回报种类层次越简单明晰,农业众筹融资越容易获得成功。建议从构建法律保障、明确管理责任主体、设计良性运转机制、科学研判发展趋势、设立专项补贴资金等方面支持农业众筹发展。
[Abstract]:The pattern of agricultural crowdfunding helps to optimize the allocation of agricultural factors of production. By constructing index system and tracking project data, this paper discusses the optimal selection of agricultural crowdfunding platform, and uses Logistic model to verify the significance of the influencing factors of project financing success. The research shows that, in the choice of agricultural crowdfunding platform, both investment and financing should choose a large-scale comprehensive agricultural-related crowdfunding platform. Among the factors that affect the success of financing, the setting of financing target has little effect on the success of agricultural crowdfunding. However, the more the number of project support and the number of project reviews, the simpler the level of project return, and the easier the success of agricultural crowdfunding. It is suggested to support the development of agricultural crowdfunding from the aspects of constructing legal guarantee, clarifying the subject of management responsibility, designing benign operation mechanism, scientific research and development trend, setting up special subsidy funds and so on.
