【摘要】:随着近年来建筑工程结构的快速发展,由于人们对建筑高度和功能等多方面的需求,组合结构中的型钢高强混凝土(HSRC)结构越来越得到重视和发展。HSRC结构通过栓钉充分发挥组合结构的优势,将组合结构中的型钢和高强混凝土二者材料属性优势充分发挥出来,更好的将高强混凝土和型钢结合在一起抵抗滑移,形成一个整体更好的工作。很多文献没有很好的考虑型钢和高强混凝土整体协同作用,二者之间的传力机制规律也没能做到具体的研究。为了使得组合结构中型钢和高强混凝土二者充分发挥二者材料各自独特的优势,使得HSRC结构逐渐发展成为重要的承重结构之一,深入研究型钢和高强混凝土传力机制规律,研究二者如何更好的协同工作具有重要作用和意义。HSRC柱模型和栓钉模型通过ABAQUS软件进行合理的模拟与构造,具体分析随着栓钉刚度的逐渐变化,栓钉对HSRC柱传力机制规律的影响及其在抗震作用下的影响。选取ABAQUS软件中的Spring2单元来合理的模拟HSRC柱中的栓钉,采用与实际情况最接近的栓钉荷载滑移公式。研究在栓钉刚度逐渐变化时,高强混凝土和型钢接触面的截面应变和界面应力应变变化情况。通过HSRC柱中轴向变形情况更充分证明HSRC柱中栓钉刚度起到不可忽视的重要作用。进一步通过改变栓钉的直径、间距、位置等一系列因素,提出合理构造栓钉的方案。为了解决实际工程中栓钉对HSRC柱的抗震作用并优化栓钉,在低周反复加载作用下,考虑栓钉连接型钢高强混凝土框架柱的抗震性能,偏重研究HSRC柱混凝土强度等级,轴压比大小、栓钉间距大小对HSRC柱延性的重要作用。从延性的结果确定轴压比合理范围,为以后的研究工作提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of architectural engineering structure in recent years, the demand for building height and function and other aspects of the steel composite structure of high strength concrete (HSRC) structure is getting more and more attention and development of.HSRC structure by stud give full play to the superiorities of composite structure, the composite steel structure and reinforced concrete two give full play to the advantages of material properties, the better the high strength concrete and steel slip resistance together, form a whole work better. Many literatures do not consider good steel and high strength concrete overall synergy, rule of force transmission mechanism between the two has not been able to do specific research in order to make the medium. Steel high strength concrete composite structure and two two materials give full play to their own unique advantage, so that the HSRC structure has become one of the important load-bearing structure, research Steel and high-strength concrete, the stress transfer mechanism of cooperative work study two how to better play an important role and significance of.HSRC column model and stud model was simulated by ABAQUS software with reasonable structure, concrete analysis with the gradual changes in stiffness of stud, stud on the effect of HSRC column load transfer mechanism and its influence on seismic effect of law the HSRC column in the Spring2 ABAQUS software simulation stud selection unit in the reasonable, the slip load formula stud closest to the actual situation. The research in stud stiffness changes gradually, high strength concrete and steel strain contact surface and interface change of stress and strain. The more fully proved HSRC column stud stiffness plays an important role can not be ignored. The axial deformation of column HSRC further by changing the stud diameter, spacing, a series of factors such as position, put forward reasonable Construction scheme. In order to solve the stud earthquake stud in practical engineering of HSRC columns and Optimization in studs, under cyclic loading, the seismic performance of high-strength concrete frame columns with steel stud connection type, emphasis on the HSRC column of the grade of concrete strength, axial compression ratio, the important role of stud spacing on ductility of HSRC columns the axial compression ratio. To determine the reasonable range from ductility results, provide a theoretical basis for the future research work.
