福建省绿色施工技术与管理体系的应用研究

【摘要】：可持续发展作为我们国家的一项基本国策,自提出以来在各行各业均得到逐步的贯彻和推广,建筑业作为高污染高耗能行业首当其冲应将可持续发展思想应用于具体的生产实践中。绿色施工作为可持续发展思想在建筑业中的应用,可以有效降低建筑业对环境和资源的损耗,因此有必要开展绿色施工的相关研究,以促进绿色施工在建筑业的推广。论文首先在理论层面引入循环经济技术范式理论,基于此理论分析绿色施工的整体要求及发展阶段划分;通过分析福建地区地域性特点对绿色施工的影响,统计并构建符合福建地区地域性特点的绿色施工技术体系,共统计“四节一环保”技术105项。通过绿色施工技术普及程度和绿色度的对比分析反映各项绿色施工技术的的发展现状。针对福建地区20个绿色施工案例进行调研,分析各项绿色施工技术在案例中的应用情况,对有代表性的绿色施工技术应用现状进行分析,然后基于案例调研和访谈指出福建地区在绿色施工推广中存在的问题及解决措施建议。其次结合案例调研、文献阅读并经实证案例检验总结出绿色施工的管理要求和关键措施,构建适合在福建地区推广实施的绿色施工管理体系,将可行性阶段和设计阶段的绿色施工要求考虑进该体系中。最后利用实证案例检验绿色施工技术和管理方法的实施效果,对主要绿色施工措施的实施效果进行评价,并分析施工过程中存在的问题,作为代表性项目反映福建地区的绿色施工实施水平。希望通过对绿色施工技术的统计和案例分析能够真实的反映出绿色施工技术发展的趋势和欠缺,以便于企业正确跟随绿色施工发展步伐及政府部门正确规范绿色施工发展方向;通过构建完整的绿色施工管理体系,希望能为施工单位提供合适的绿色施工参考模式,为绿色施工在福建地区的发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development as a basic national policy of our country, since it has been put forward in all walks of life have been implemented and promoted gradually, the construction industry as a high pollution and high energy consuming industries should bear the brunt of the idea of sustainable development is applied to production practice. The green construction as the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry in the application, can effectively reduce the construction industry the loss of environment and resources, so it is necessary to carry out related research of green construction, to promote green construction in the construction industry. The paper first introduced the theory of circular economy technology paradigm at the theoretical level, the overall requirements of the theoretical analysis of green construction and development stages based on; by analyzing the characteristics of geographical area of Fujian on the green the construction of the statistical characteristics of compliance and construct Fujian regional green construction technical system, there were "four savings and environmental protection. 105. By comparing the operation of green construction technology and the popularity of green degree analysis to reflect the current situation of the development of green construction technology. The research carried out in 20 cases of green construction in Fujian area, to analyze the application of green construction technology in the case, the application of green construction technology to carry on the analysis, and then the case investigation and interview pointed out that Fujian area based on the promotion of green construction problems and solutions. Secondly, combined with case study, literature review and empirical test cases are summarized and the key measures of management requirements of green construction, construction of green construction management system in Fujian Province, the green construction feasibility stage and design stage the requirements of taking into account in the system. Finally the implementation effect by using the empirical test cases of green construction technology and management methods, to the Lord To evaluate the effect of green construction measures, and analyzes the problems in the process of construction, as the representative projects reflect the green construction in Fujian area. Hope that through the analysis of the level of implementation of green construction technology statistics and case could reflect the real trend and the lack of green construction technology development, in order to correctly follow the green construction the pace of development and government departments to correct green construction development direction; through the green construction management to build a complete system, hoping to provide a reference model of green construction suitable for construction units, contribute to the development of green construction in Fujian area.
