【摘要】：在城乡建设迅速发展的当下,现代居住区面临着建筑形式单调、结构模式趋同、场所精神缺失、地域特色衰退等一系列问题。相较之下,传统聚落中特色的建筑形式、和谐自然的结构布局、睦邻友好的场所精神则成为展示地域文化的名片。文章选取四个有代表性的典型聚落作为主要研究对象,力图从中挖掘出对现代居住环境建设有指导意义的元素。再通过对现代中式居住小区案例进行探析,总结现代中式居住小区对传统聚落文化的传承及发展的现状,提出构建地域文化特色的现代居住小区的方式是增加居住区的可识别因子、构建社区文化氛围以及对居住区场所精神进行建立。针对目前现代居住环境中地域特色的缺失、场所精神的衰退等问题,论文采用实地调研法、文献查阅法、总结归纳法和图解分析法等多种方法进行系统性研究。首先分析对比四个传统聚落在民居建筑、空间布局、公共建筑、环境因子四个方面的特色,总结出传统聚落在聚落选址、建筑技艺、可识别因子的确定等方面的积极因素。提炼出现代中式居住小区在建设过程中对这四个典型聚落空间可传承的内容。再通过对现代中式住宅小区设计手法的提炼,总结出现代中式居住小区对于传统文化元素的承袭方式,多为建筑外表形态的沿袭、对传统建筑元素的借鉴以及对空间结构的传承与发展。全文研究结果表明典型聚落中建筑元素的可识别性、公共建筑所具有的多种功能、聚落空间布局所打造的场所精神对现代居住小区的规划建设具有指导性的启示。在今后的现代居住小区建设过程中,我们应该继承典型聚落居住理念：顺应自然的居住理念、整体性规划理念、人文建设理念,注重地域文化的建设,打造具有中国特色的现代居住环境,以改变千城一面的现代人居环境现状。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban and rural construction, modern residential areas are faced with a series of problems, such as monotonous architectural form, convergence of structural patterns, lack of place spirit, decline of regional characteristics and so on. The characteristic architectural form of the traditional settlement, the harmonious and natural structure layout, the good-neighborly and friendly place spirit become the business card of displaying the regional culture.
