【摘要】:随着城市的快速发展,城市下垫面条件发生着巨大变化,对城市气候环境产生着很大的影响。特别是对于与居民生活密切相关的城市住区来说,建设者对住区的设计建设大都只是从住区的功能和美观角度进行考虑,却忽视了下垫面对住区内微气候的影响,而住区微气候环境对于人的影响也是至关重要的。因此,本文对哈尔滨城市住区中的水体下垫面配置对微气候的影响进行研究是十分有意义的。希望通过本文的研究,能够得出哈尔滨城市住区中水体的不同配置形式对住区微气候的影响情况。从水体下垫面配置的角度对哈尔滨城市住区的建设提出一定的建议,以改善哈尔滨城市住区的微气候状况,提高住区中微气候环境的舒适度。首先,通过对哈尔滨市区范围内的居民住区进行实地调研,掌握哈尔滨城市住区中水体配置现状,并且通过归纳和总结,将哈尔滨城市住区中水体配置的形式归纳分为集中式、分散式、边流式三种基本形式,并对每一种基本的水体配置形式按着各自的特点进行了初步的划分。然后,选取比较典型的水体配置住区并运用专业仪器进行现场实测,用实测数据与模拟数据进行对比分析,证明Envi-met软件数值模拟的有效性。最后,模拟分析了水体对于住区微气候的影响状态,以及水体的不同面积比例配置对于住区微气候的影响情况,并更加深入地模拟分析了住区内不同的水体形态和位置的配置对城市住区微气候环境的影响。经过研究得出:水体对于其下风向区域内的微气候环境影响显著;当水体面积比例达到一定程度时,随着水体占住区面积比例的增加,其对住区微气候环境的影响幅度逐渐减弱;水体配置情况的不同对住区内微气候环境的影响有较大差别,不同水体配置形式对住区微气候的影响特点各有不同。对于三种基本水体配置形式的水体,针对其各自特点,对水体配置情况进行更加深入分类和模拟研究,从位置、方向、分散程度等多个方面综合分析不同配置情况下的水体对于住区内微气候的影响,并且对比分析得出对夏季城市住区内微气候环境调节最有效的水体配置情况。最后,从微气候调节的角度出发,对哈尔滨城市住区中的水体配置情况提出相应的设计策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, the condition of the underlying surface of the city has undergone tremendous changes, which has a great impact on the urban climate and environment, especially for the urban settlements which are closely related to the life of the residents. The builders only consider the design and construction of residential area from the point of view of function and beauty, but ignore the influence of the underlying cushion on the microclimate in the residential area. The microclimatic environment of residential areas is also critical to the human impact. In this paper, it is very meaningful to study the effect of water cushion configuration on microclimate in Harbin urban residential area. It can get the influence of different allocation forms of water body on the microclimate of the residential area in Harbin. From the view of the allocation of the underlying surface of the water body, some suggestions are put forward for the construction of the urban residential area in Harbin. In order to improve the situation of microclimate in urban residential areas in Harbin, improve the comfort of the micro-climate environment in the residential areas. First of all, through the field investigation of the residential areas in the urban area of Harbin. Grasp the present situation of water allocation in Harbin urban residential area, and through the induction and summary, Harbin urban residential area water allocation form can be divided into centralized, decentralized, edge flow three basic forms. And each basic water configuration form according to their own characteristics of the preliminary division. Then, select a more typical water configuration settlements and use professional instruments to carry out the field measurement. The effectiveness of the numerical simulation of Envi-met software is proved by comparing the measured data with the simulated data. Finally, the influence of water on the microclimate of residential area is simulated and analyzed. And the effect of different area proportion of water body on the microclimate of residential area. The effects of the configuration of different water bodies in the residential area on the microclimate environment of urban residential areas are analyzed more deeply. It is concluded that the water body has a significant impact on the microclimate environment in its downwind region; When the water area proportion reaches a certain degree, with the increase of the area proportion of the water body occupied area, its influence on the microclimate environment of residential area gradually weakens. The effect of different water allocation on the microclimate environment in residential area is different, and the influence characteristics of different water configuration forms on residential microclimate are different. For the three basic water allocation forms of water bodies. Finally, from the point of view of microclimate regulation. This paper puts forward the corresponding design strategy for the water body configuration in Harbin urban residential area.
