高铁站周边农村院落空间布局研究

【摘要】：以高铁滕州东站周边村庄为研究区,采用问卷调查、系统分析等方法,探讨高铁站周边农村院落空间布局。结果表明,研究区农村院落空间布局有居住和商住两种模式。改革开放之前为正房+空地的简单布局,改革开放至高铁建设以正房扩建翻建、立体开发为主,高铁建设后以平面扩建、偏房建设为主。家庭收入、乡村习俗、生产方式及高铁建设等是院落空间布局演变的主要影响因素。针对院落盲目建设、闲置等问题,提出因需建房、出租经营、增加绿化和及完善制度等院落利用及管理建议。
[Abstract]:Taking the villages around Tengzhou East Railway Station as the research area, the spatial layout of the rural courtyard around the high-speed railway station is discussed by means of questionnaire survey and systematic analysis. The results show that, Before the reform and opening up to the outside world, it was a simple layout of the main house and open space. From the reform and opening up to the high-speed railway construction, the construction of the main building was built with the expansion of the main building and the three-dimensional development. After the construction of the high-speed railway, the plane expansion was adopted. Family income, rural custom, production mode and high-speed railway construction are the main influencing factors in the evolution of courtyard space layout. In view of the blind construction and idle construction of courtyard, it is put forward to build houses and lease management because of the need. Increase greening and improve the system and other yard utilization and management suggestions.
