新型添加剂对混凝土及混合砂浆面层抗渗性能影响的研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着建筑工程材料技术的不断发展,建筑物的外墙材料经历了水泥抹灰、陶瓷马赛克等阶段,现在已经发展到玻璃幕墙、外墙涂料、立体绿化等多种建筑材料多重变化的趋势。但是,随之而来的建筑外墙渗漏的情况也越来越严重。建筑物外墙抗渗质量的好坏,不仅直接影响到建筑物的外部美观,更能影响到内部使用者的使用效果。尤其是在南方降雨量较大的地区,由于暴雨所带来的外墙渗漏,不仅仅造成了室内积水,也会破坏建筑物的外墙结构,从而造成建筑物的质量隐患。本文结合建筑工程中的实际情况,主要从微观和宏观两个方面分析了建筑物外墙常见的渗漏问题产生的原因,并提出了一系列防治措施,以希从材料设计的角度从根本上解决外墙渗漏的问题以渗水法为基础研究混凝土的抗渗性能,混凝土试件的密封是试验能否成功的关键。针对混凝土的渗透试验中密封效果差的问题,对渗透试验中密封材料的封模方法进行了探究。本文以传统的密封材料石蜡和黄油作为试验对比,常温下对不同比例固化剂的环氧树脂胶泥的脱模及密封效果进行试验分析,发现采用环氧树脂作密封材料的试验方法方便可行、试验结果稳定,有效保证了试验结果不因密封材料原因导致边缘透水,影响判断混凝土的抗渗性能,大大提高了试验的成功率。采用抗渗标号法和渗水高度法两种试验方法研究了若干条件下如不同混凝土强度等级、改变添加剂的量、外抹混合砂浆、混合砂浆中掺不同量的添加剂的混凝土的抗渗性能,分析了混凝土及混合砂浆微观结构的变化。试验结果表明,在混凝土中直接掺加添加剂对混凝土的抗渗性能提高较小,混凝土的强度等级也会直接影响添加剂对混凝土抗渗性能的改善;而在此基础上掺有添加剂的复合砂浆薄层则对混凝土的抗渗能力提高较明显。一定条件下,混合砂浆中添加剂含量越多,砂浆层越厚,混凝土的抗渗能力越好。利用掺入添加剂的抹灰砂浆进行建筑外墙抗渗,对于工程实际应用具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of building engineering materials technology, the exterior wall materials of buildings have gone through the stages of cement plastering, ceramic mosaic and so on. Now they have developed into glass curtain walls, exterior wall coatings, etc. The trend of many kinds of building materials, such as stereoscopic greening, is changing. However, the leakage of exterior wall is becoming more and more serious. The quality of anti-seepage of exterior wall of building not only directly affects the exterior beauty of building, Especially in the south, where there is a lot of rainfall, the leakage of the exterior wall caused by the rainstorm will not only cause water in the room, but also destroy the structure of the exterior wall of the building. In this paper, combining with the actual situation in the building engineering, the causes of the common leakage problem of the exterior wall of the building are analyzed from the micro and macro aspects, and a series of prevention measures are put forward. In order to solve the problem of external wall leakage fundamentally from the angle of material design, the impermeability of concrete is studied on the basis of seepage method. The sealing of concrete specimen is the key to the success of the test. The sealing method of sealing material in permeation test was studied. The paper compared the traditional sealing material paraffin and butter, and analyzed the demoulding and sealing effect of epoxy resin cement with different proportion of curing agent at room temperature. It is found that the test method of using epoxy resin as sealing material is convenient and feasible, and the test results are stable, which can effectively ensure that the test results do not cause the edge permeability due to the sealing material, which affects the judgment of the impermeability of concrete. The success rate of the test is greatly improved. Two test methods, the impermeable marking method and the percolation height method, are used to study some conditions, such as different strength grades of concrete, changing the amount of additives, and applying mixed mortar externally. The impermeability of concrete with different additives in mixed mortar is analyzed, and the change of microstructure of concrete and mixed mortar is analyzed. The experimental results show that the anti-seepage performance of concrete is improved little by adding additives directly into concrete. The strength grade of concrete will also directly affect the improvement of the impermeability of concrete with additives, while the composite mortar thin layer with additive on this basis will improve the impermeability of concrete obviously. The more additives in the mixed mortar, the thicker the mortar layer, the better the impermeability of concrete.
